The new app is the monster trainer’s go-to for connecting with someone else who’s spent the past two weeks glued to their phone in the hopes of capturing a bunch of digital creatures with crazy powers.
And here’s how it works…
According to its site, the process is super simple! First, you fill out a questionnaire, which will be reviewed by a “fixup specialist.”

After your profile has been looked over, you fill out your schedule and availability, and the specialists will fix you and another obsessed trainer — who they think you’ll really like — on your first date!
Once all the details are squared away, PokéDates will send you an email with the time and location of the meetup, and all you have to do is confirm!
The catch? Prices start at $20 per date, and you get charged once both people confirmed the date. But the good news is that your first PokéDate is totally free.
Of course, you have to pay for all your own Pok├â┬⌐Balls and Razz Berries…
