Puppy Farming Outlawed In Ireland

puppy-with-a-binky-pic.jpg
As of New Year’s Day, puppy farming is now illegal in Ireland.
The government enacted two new laws, hoping to protect doggies all over the island.
They are the Welfare of Greyhounds Act and the Dogs Breeding Establishments Act.
The laws will control breeders and make sure dogs are taken proper care of.
Ireland was once known as the puppy farm capital of Europe, and now, if any breeder does anything less than humane to a dog, they will face severe penalties.
What a great puppy saving law.
Everywhere should take a page out of their book.
