Michael Douglas followed his Basic Instincts when he decided to take on such a meaty role — Liberace in Behind the Candelabra!
He just won the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance in a TV Movie or Miniseries!
Unfortunately, that means he had to crush Matt Damon‘s shot at a SAG award this year. Whomp whomp! (Don’t worry though, Michael was very kind to Matt in his speech!)
After kicking the handsome ass of his costar, Michael then beat Jeremy Irons (Behind the Candelabra), Rob Lowe (Behind the Candelabra), and Al Pacino (Behind the Candelabra)!
What a FABULOUS victory!
