Congress Might Possibly Outlaw Chimp Testing

Testing on chimps is only legal in Gabon in West Africa and… the U.S.!
The U.S. government owns several hundred chimps used for study and testing drugs and vaccines.
Even though the European Union has banned chimp testing, that doesn’t stop their scientists from coming and testing on our chimps.
