The Vampire Diaries has cast actor Scott Parks as the menacing and merciless Silas — though his official episodic introduction has yet to be revealed. It better be soon given the May 16th finale!
But what will Ian Somerhalder think of this?! The smoldering actor was recently asked for his casting choice. His response?? Regis Philbin, of course.
He said:
├óΓé¼┼ôI mean, it├óΓé¼Γäós The Vampire Diaries, so he├óΓé¼Γäós probably young. But we could flip it a little bit… So, I├óΓé¼Γäóm thinking├óΓé¼┬ª Didn├óΓé¼Γäót Regis [Philbin] retire? He could come back. He├óΓé¼Γäós not crotchety, he├óΓé¼Γäós awesome. I├óΓé¼Γäóm gonna talk to [CW president] Mark Pedowitz and [Warner Bros. TV president] Peter Roth about that.├óΓé¼┬¥
