What a surprise…The Jersey Shore!
Pauly D, Vinnie, The Situation and Ronnie continued to steal America’s dignity hearts this year as their show was the most watched by adults between the ages of 18 and 49 with 6,568,000 of them watching every week.
But what two shows were in the hunt to compete with the MTV reality television juggernaut?
The only other show even CLOSE to beating the Guido’s and Guidettes was AMC’s Walking Dead with 6,039,000 viewers!
Sons of Anarchy took third, but was still 3 million viewers short of Jersey Shore with an average of 3,636,000 eyeballs tuning in every week.
So if you’re not a wild and crazy kid from New Jersey or a flesh-eating zombie, then the adult basic cable viewers in America just don’t care about you that much!
