New York City just landed itself a tasty new resident!
Weeks after apartment hunting on the East Coast, Tyler Cameron has officially locked down a pad in the Big Apple!
According to an Us Weekly source, the Bachelorette alum is planning to move into a new building on the Lower East Side — just a hop, skip, and a subway ride away from his girlfriend Gigi Hadid!
The reality star was said to have been staying with “a friend” in the meantime, though he’s certainly made a habit of spending several New York minutes with the Victoria’s Secret supermodel over the past month.

As we reported, Hannah Brown’s former suitor was spotted going back to the 24-year-old’s $4 million Noho apartment on August 4 after a date night in Brooklyn. The duo were seen together all over NYC in the following weeks, while Tyler was said to be “exploring business opportunities.”
A People source previously said:
“Tyler’s new to New York City, and exploring business opportunities. He’s taking advantage of his new fame, but he doesn’t want to come off as an opportunist with Gigi.”
Nope, these two are the real deal!
On September 5, the general contractor flew to the Netherlands with Gigi to attend her grandmother’s funeral. Photos from outside the service showed the twosome had their arms around each other as they grieved over the loss of Yolanda Hadid’s mother, Ans van den Herik, who died of cancer at the age of 78.

It was a big step for the couple to take, for sure — but a source close to Cameron said he simply wanted to be there for his girlfriend, dishing:
“Tyler said they’ve really connected. He’s a really nice guy and Gigi sees that in him. He was glad to be by her side at her grandmother’s funeral — that meant a lot to him.”
Ty and Gi have been trying to stay off the radar in the weeks since. However, they were spotted attending the same New York Fashion Week event days after returning from Europe.
An insider previously told Us Gigi is “really into” the 26-year-old, but he continues to remain tight-lipped about their relationship. During an interview with the Bachelor Party podcast on August 28, the Florida native refused to talk about his budding romance with the starlet.
Sounds like Tyler is making smart moves overall!
