Agg Industry Pushes Another State To Make Undercover Filming Of Farm Animal Abuse Illegal

Total bull sh*t!!!

Like Iowa – lawmakers in Florida (our home state) are now trying to pass a law outlawing undercover filming of farms.

Bill 1246 makes it a first-degree felony for anyone who “photographs, video records, or otherwise produces images or pictorial records, digital or otherwise, at or of a farm or other property where legitimate agriculture operations are being conducted” to do so without written consent.

So if the bill passes those trying to expose inhuman and unlawful farm practices to the public and the authorities will be be felons!

American consumers—meat-eaters and vegans alike—want animals in the meat trade treated at least in accordance with existing humane laws.

Clearly, the only groups benefiting from this law would be the agriculture industry — and let’s not forget the senators who they’re paying off to pass it.
