It seems that the pregnant Simple Life star, who had been spending time in the Maryland hometown of fiance Joel Madden earlier this week, has moved on.
We’re not getting numerous sightings that the convict-in-waiting is roaming around Pennsylvania, presumably following Good Charlotte around on tour.
Apparently Nicole is no longer a big enough star to warrant the paparazzi chasing her on the road.
