Last week, on March 28th, 2008, Miley Ray Cyrus, who was born Destiny Hope Cyrus, filed to protect and trademark “Miley” in relation to a wide range of products and services.
She recently also legally changed her name from Destiny Hope to Miley.

Some of the items listed under Miley’s trademark requests include CDs, DVDs, furniture, games, household items, skin care products, toys, clothing, and the list goes on and on and on.
