The mom-to-be has given the Good Charlotte singer a strict list of rules to follow when out in public. On that list? Thou shalt not be photographed with hoochies and hos.
At a party in NYC earlier this week, Madden refused to take a picture with a hot young girl.
"He said he couldn't, as Nicole gave him strict orders not to take pictures with other celebrities or girls for rumor purposes," says one spywitness.
Shiz? Does that mean Joel won't take a picture with Perez tonight? He's such a big girl!

mmm I saw him on Saturday night. He didnt come anywhere near the crowd, pretty much playing in the middle of the stage. I think nicole & joel are very good for each other.
