Despite pointing out the blatantly obvious reasons why Jon Gosselin is a terrible role model for his children, The U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission is pointing the naughty finger at the dad of eight for having his little ones on his ATV.
Jon has been frequently photographed allowing his sextuplets to ride in his lap on his big boy toy and the folks at the CPSC are calling him out on it. They insist that it is unsafe for any two people to be riding an ATV at the same time and it is especially dangerous for any person under the age of six. (The sextuplets are just five.)
The most frightening information offered by the Commission, and we hope Jon is listening, is that: “Children are involved in about one-third of all ATV-related deaths and hospital emergency room injuries.”
So while you might think you are God’s gift and can do no wrong, you should take that into consideration the next you feel like a joy ride with your kids.
Oh, and maybe get them a HELMET as well!
