Divorce is not going well for Bethenny Frankel!

Despite being mega loaded thanks to her Skinnygirl margarita money machine, she’s STILL stuck living with her estranged hubby, Jason Hoppy.

Guess there are no empty apartments in New York City?

Whatever the reason, Bethenny might seriously want to consider getting the hell out of there because paranoia is starting to take over!

The former Real Housewives of New York City star has reportedly been hiding out in her bedroom there because she’s freaked out that Jason has been tracking her every move.

Well, it's probably a pretty amazing bedroom stocked with a mini fridge, TV and all your daily needs. LOLz!

A source revealed:

Bethenny Frankel always expected dramz on Real Housewives of New York City, but she was not expecting dramz when it came to her divorce!

Although plenty of people know divorces can get downright durty and nasty, Bethenny thought she and Jason Hoppy would be better than the rest of us above it all.

Because that cheerful twosome was NEVER fighting on their reality show!

While many fans aren’t surprised to hear the two are still fighting over custody and support issues, Bethenny is shocked enough for everyone to find herself in this brutal sitch.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are taking the next step to finally officially end their marriage.

The former lovers met Friday morning to begin discussing the details of their divorce and it was not a smooth ride.

According to eyewitness, Bethenny looked "really tired [and] very, very thin," while Jason showed up looking well-rested and STILL sporting his wedding ring.

When the two met face-to-face in the courtroom, they didn't even acknowledge one another.

Apparently Jason Hoppy doesn't know he split from Bethenny Frankel later last year.

While spending the day with precious little Bryn, Bethenny's former hubby was spotted STILL wearing his wedding ring in New York yesterday.

WOW.

We know he had a tough time letting go of his woman, but we had no clue he was holding on THIS tight to their failed marriage.

So what gives?? Is Jason just a hopeless romantic hoping that Bethenny will change her mind??!

We're going to kindly advise him to MOVE ON because Bethenny's love boat has sailed far, far away and it's NEVER coming back.

After all, he is a VERY handsome man and obviously a caring dad. Many woman would LOVE to get down with that!

Maybe he only keeps the ring off the ward off the herd of admirers that would tail him and Bryn??! LOLz.
