Reporters caught up with Britney Spears' former "manager", Osama Lutfi, and - as per usual - he spewed a bunch of BS about Brit Brit and her much-needed conservatorship, which he is adamantly against.

He even goes so far as to say that Britney is more "miserable" now than she was during her meltdown last year!

“She’s not entitled to talk to whatever friends she wants to hang out with, or have a cell phone, or go where ever she wants. I just think it’s quite sad.”

Osama obviously can't say when the last time he talked to her was because of the restraining order against him, but he does say: “She knows I miss her and I’ll see her again soon. I think all this will come to an end and she’ll have her freedom.”

You just need to stay the hell away from Britney!

Shakira's new album, She-Wolf, has already been pushed back more than once and now her label has just announced that it will be released on November 23rd and will contain her newest Timbaland-produced single, Give It Up To Me featuring law-breaker Lil' Wayne.

BAD move!!!!

Shakira will now be going up against Lady GaGa's Fame Monster, Rihanna's Rated R, Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment and Britney Spears' The Singles Collection.

All those albums will be released on November 23rd too!!!!!!

Yikes! She certainly won't take the top spot up against all that competition!

What was her label thinking?!?! They're setting her up for failure!

They had no idea and they are pissed!!!

Famed musicians, such as R.E.M. and Pearl Jam have filed a series of Freedom of Information requests, asking the government to declassify documents that would reveal which artist's catalogs were used in several prisons and military detention centers, including Guantanamo Bay.

The music may have been used in controversial interrogation methods (aka torture) in which detainees are forced to listen music at extreme levels for hours on end.

The requests were filed by Close Gitmo Now, a grassroots organization aimed at pressuring Congress to support President Obama's intentions to close Guantanamo Bay prison. Their allegations are based of the testimony of former prisoner and guards that identified music from artists ranging from Britney Spears to AC/DC to the Sesame Street theme song.

It may sound funny, but "it's very scary to think that you might go crazy because of the music, because of the loud noise," said Ruhal Ahmed, a former detainee who is suing the government for the abuse.

The musicians have not verified whether they would take legal action, but we'd be surprised if they didn't!

"We have spent the past 30 years supporting causes related to peace and justice. To now learn that some of our friends' music may have been used as part of the torture tactics without their consent or knowledge is horrific," said R.E.M in a statement. "It's anti-American, period."

Terrible!

No, it's not to KFed for once!

According to court records, the lawsuit filed against Britney Spears by a photog whose foot she ran over in October 2007 has been settled.

The douche in her way, Ricardo Mendoza sued the pop princess in May for assault, battery and negligently driving her car stemming from the incident in Beverly Hills two years ago.

And he filed only four months ago?!

The records do not state the terms of the agreement, but we're sure she paid a pretty penny!

What do U think a paparazzo's foot is worth?! 20 bucks?!

Must be nice to relax for awhile before the last leg of her Circus tour kicks in again down in Australia!

Good for her!

Britney Spears' latest single "3" from her upcoming collection The Singles has debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart!

Brit Brit is the first artist in over 3 years to debut at the top spot! The last one was American Idol winner Taylor Hicks with "Do I Make You Proud" from 2006.

This is also Britney's 3rd time at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. "…Baby One More Time" was at the top spot in 1999 and "Womanizer" just last year.

Looks like 3 is her lucky number!

Congrats to Miz Spears!
