Sam Lutfi? There's a name we haven't heard in a looooong time. That guy is STILL trying to suck money out of the Britney Spears?

It just so happens that Brit-Brit and her family are still embroiled in a legal battle with her former manager. Sam is STILL trying to sue the pants off of Princess of Pop for "defamation" and some other malarky, but in the process, he might have just killed his chances of ever seeing a dime. You see, back in 2007, Britney was a VERY different pop star. Those dark days are far behind us, but at the time, while she was trying to gain custody of her boys, she was required to submit to a drug test. Those results were sealed by the court due to the nature of the custody case, but Sam's legal team wants to use them as exhibits in the upcoming trial.

We saw pop star picking up her boys from a local playhouse where they attended a birthday party. Momma Spears carried some of her baby-angel's things as she held their hands walked quickly away from them.

There seems to be two very big PROS to marrying Jason Trawick.

For starters … it's Jason Trawick, possibly one of the sweetest, most caring guys ever. We look at him and we don't see a gold-digger out to swindle or a fame whore out to steal the spotlight. We see a guy who genuinely cares about the people in his life, especially his fiancee. But secondly, and perhaps more significantly, when Britney Spears ties the knot with Jason, her conservatorship will come to an end.

Think of it as a wedding present from Papa Spears!
