Brooke Shields' New Musical Off To Shaky Start, She May Be Fired Before Broadway Run

Not every musical is going to be a success, Brooke.
Leap of Faith is clearly a team effort, so don't worry.
You've got a variety of people to share the blame with, including the director, choreographer, writer, and other actors.
OR maybe it's the audience's fault. Maybe you've had consistently lame audiences that just aren't "getting it." Who knows?
Whoever's fault it is, Brooke Shields' new show, Leap of Faith, a musical from the legendary composer Alan Menken, is NOT being well received by critics.
The play recently opened at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, and the producing team is seeking to bring the show to Broadway.
Looks like the play's producing team is unsure about whether or not they'll bring Shields along with them IF they make it to Broadway, but then again, the playwright himself is taking knocks for this one too, so maybe they'll just replace everyone!
We saw the musical. Brooke was decent. Definitely not embarrassing. But we really enjoyed the show overall!
Did U see Leap of Faith? What did U think of it?
