She's come a long way since Blue Lagoon!

Brooke Shields joins Richard Chamberlain in what has often been referred to as the scariest story of all time — The Exorcist!

DUN DUN DUNNNN….

We were hoping Brooke Shields was trying to make a fashion statement when she showed up at Monday night's Met Gala walking with a cane.

Unfortunately, the walking stick was more than just an accessory to her black lace J Mendel dress and Tiffany & Co. jewels.

The actress revealed that she recently injured the meniscus in her knee while playing Morticia Addams in The Addams Family on Broadway.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery, Brooke!

And don't worry about that whole cane thing. You fit right in.

Yes, a blowfish cane.

Brooke Shields wasn't the only one to don a pimp cane at last night's Met Gala.

Decades owner Cameron Silver took it one step, okay 10 steps, further by getting swaggy down the red carpet with a vintage Schiaparelli blowfish walking stick, with signature fish bag attached, in honor of the late designer.

He and designer Nicole Miller made quite the statement with his colorful custom-made "Ticket Print" suit. Oh yeah, he's working it.

And next time, bring a spare cane for us too! Ha!

Who doesn’t love an AHMAZING Lifetime movie?!

Make that movie a reboot of an 80s romance flick and you’ve got an instant classic!

The film The Blue Lagoon is being remade for TV with Denise Richards attached. The actress will play the mother of Brooke Shields’ original character, who was one of two teens stranded on a deserted island.

The lead characters will be played by Brenton Thwaites and Indiana Evans, with Christopher Atkins reportedly making a brief cameo.

The film drew criticism with its release in 1980 for Brooke Shields being only 14 and starring in some pretty racy scenes. Actress Indiana, who’s playing Shields’ character, is 21.

Sounds like there might have been some cattiness behind the scenes of The Hot Flashes!!

Melanie Griffith was cast as Clementine Winks in the new comedy, but she just told her Twitter followers she had to drop out over — and she uses the quotations — "creative differences."

The film is about a basketball team comprised of middle-aged women. She was spotted working on location in New Orleans just last week!

Her full tweet reads:

Brooke Shields brought her gorgeous daughters Rowan Francis Henchy and Grier Francis Henchy to the Barbie's Dream Closet event at the David Rubenstein Atrium during it's Fashion Week event in New York.

Other celebs on hand were Kelly Rutherford and her daughter, Kelly Bensimon and her daughters, Rose McGowan, and others.

Another highlight of the evening was seeing a group of girls dressed as various Barbie dolls over the years walking around the event.

She's over 50 years old and she's still the most fashionable lady around.
