We remember when we first saw Catherine Zeta Jones in The Mask of Zorro back in 1998, and she's still as beautiful as ever!

The 43-year-old actress was spotted at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in Manhattan on Friday ahead of her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman.

Braving the NYC chill, she wore a seksi black one-shoulder dress that swept all the way down her statuesque figure and Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels.

An Hermes cuff, hoop earrings, and a sleek blow-out completed her look.

Aging like a fine wine!

Catherine Zeta Jones landed a spot on InStyle's December cover, but don't you dare ask her to tone her look down because that's not her style.

Dressed in a burgundy Nina Ricci gown, Mrs. Michael Douglas chat with the mag about not being a casual person because she loves fashion far too much.

Here are the HIGHlights:

On being casual:

"It’s true, I don’t like the whole cutoff-shorts-and-T-shirt look, but I think you can look fantastic in casual clothes. I even find a way to make golf clothes look good. I put my collar up, get a sport hat and throw on an Hermès scarf."

On building her new closet:

"It’s like a dream. Racks on each side, a whole boudoir. I sit in there and watch CNN. Michael [Douglas, her husband] says one day I’m going to go in and never come out!"

On her love for fashion:

"I love fashion, love it, but I know exactly what looks good on my body. I’ve never been a victim of trends."

We can't say that Catherine's NEVER been a victim of style, pale legs anyone?

Then there was the terrible blue eyeshadow and stain snafu. And how can we forget this furry fail?

Oh well, we can't fault her too much because when she's dressed to impressed, she nails it!

Like Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors is all about the 60s and stripes for spring.

The designer showed his modern architecture-inspired line on Wednesday, which included lots of geometric lines, bold pops of color, pleated skirts, cutout gowns, lucite heels and sunglasses that would make the most stylin' granny jealous.

Onlookers included Catherine Zeta-Jones, Rachel Zoe, Marisa Tomei, Katharine McPhee, Camilla Belle and Olivia Munn, who will no doubt be the first to get their paws on the collection.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is one spicy woman!

The actress attended the El Lay premiere of Rock of Ages on Friday wearing a one-sleeve embroidered frock by Jennifer Lopez's favorite designer Zuhair Murad, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Elie Saab sandals.

We're loving Catherine's ensemble, but her legs look just a tad bit too pale!

It's definitely time to hit the tanning booth!

Catherine Zeta-Jones looked dazzling this past weekend as she and hubby Michael Douglas attended the 6th Annual "A Fine Romance" Event held at the Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles, CA.

The event benefits the Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF) and this year featured Catherine as the host again.

Revealed the beauty, and founding host:

Catherine Zeta Jones made her first public appearance at the Tonys last night since mid-April, when she checked herself into a mental health facility to seek treatment for Bipolar II disorder.

But talk about coming back with a vengeance! This gorgeous red sequined Elie Saab gown was just the perfect fit for her to come back in a blaze of glory and the jewels by van Cleef and Arpels are just to die for!

You looked ravishing, Cat! We can't wait to see more of you! Hope you're still taking good care of yourself, though!

Catherine Zeta Jones was honored today by the British Royal Family.

The 41-year-old actress was joined by her husband Michael Douglas and her two children, Dylan and Carys.

The lovely family arrived at Buckingham Palace as Catherine was being honored with a CBE from the Prince of Wales in honor of her services to the film industry and to charity. Revealed Catherine:

"It means a lot to come home with my family and to be honoured in this way - very emotional, rather nervous I must say, and it was worth (it) to have Michael in good health to be able to enjoy it (with me)."

And as for her husband’s recovery, she added:

"As I said to His Royal Highness, to have Michael here with me in much better health than the last time I saw His Royal Highness is a big thing, and then this (CBE) of course is a huge bonus. He's recovering great, the tumour's gone and (it's) the beginning of another road but it's all good, a better one."

And when you’re meeting royalty, you need to dress the part.

So Catherine showed up wearing an elegant taupe double-face jacket and shift dress from the Resort 2010 Michael Kors collection which she paired with an oversized hat and some Christian Louboutin heels.
