We CANNOT believe that we're still talking about the W.i.P nightclub brawl between Chris Brown and Drake!
Yet, here we are, almost a year later, and there is STILL all kinds of drama surrounding the incident, which left many innocent bystanders injured…including the subject of this particular story, Tony Parker!
As we've reported, the San Antonio Spurs player was there when the bottles began being thrown, and is suing the NYC club for $20 million because of a glass shard seriously damaging his cornea, all on the grounds that the owners knew of the singers' beef, and should not have allowed them in in the first place!
Oh Breezy, you just don't know how to stay out of trouble, do you?!?
Chris Brown performed in Ghana last week, and even though we're dazzled by how much he got into his show, the Ghanaians are NOT feeling how he started smoking weed on-stage because he broke the country's public smoking laws.
Ever since the incident occurred, executive director of Perfector of Sentiments, Jonathan Osei-Owusu has taken a stand against the R&B singer
W.i.P. nightclub — is it at fault for the Chris Brown/Drake brawl??
Of course not, it would be silly to think they could just foresee something like that happening!
Tony Parker is suing the club for $20 million and saying it should be paying for everything — because he was injured with a shard of glass to the eye in their establishment, saying they should've been privy to the "bad blood" between Chris and Drake.
Basically, he's saying they shouldn't have let them in, because they can totally predict the future.
It isn't the club's responsibility to know what's happening in their lives!
Parker also claims the club was still giving drinks to extremely intoxicated patrons, but nobody can prove that or prove that it's something that helped start the fight.
We're not a fan of violence, but if it's in a controlled arena where you're NOT hurting innocent people by throwing bottles and acting like fools — and you're both consenting — we don't really see a problem with it.
This would be huge. Do they understand how many people actually want to see them do this??
The offer came from Celebrity Boxing's Damon Feldman, who will give Drake and Chris Brown $1 Million dollars each to step into the ring. They'd have the proper equipment, and the proper supervision.
Feldman said this:
“We have promoted 55 Celebrity Fights and this would be the most interesting of all."
Agreed!
If they agree to it, which is unlikely, it will be on Saturday August 25 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
This isn't even the best part. Are you ready for the best part?
A portion of the proceeds will also help out a charity for Abused women.
He is now suing the NYC club, W.i.P. Nightclub, for $20 million!!
That's because he caught some glass from a broken bottle in the eye!
It scratched his cornea and might affect his NBA career and his shot at playing in the Olympics.
He's claiming that the club knew the two music men had beef, but the club just wanted their money so they kept serving their crews alcohol even though several entourage members were visibly intoxicated.
He wants $20 million because that's what he'd miss out on if he has to drop out of his NBA contract with the Spurs.
Nor is she afraid of showing the public what she really thinks of Selena Gomez's on again, off again beau, Justin Bieber. When asked for her thoughts on the Biebs’ Milestone Award victory, the country crooner refused to answer, quickly deflecting with the following response:
