Actress Tilda Swinton has a bone to pick with Donald Trump!

Swinton, joining 15,000 others, has signed the petition going around the Scottish coast in support of 4 residents who face eviction to make room for The Donald's latest hotel venture.

Trump is planning to build a multi-million pound luxury hotel, housing and golf complex on an "environmentally sensitive stretch of coast" after getting permission from a public inquiry back in 2008.

Trump's rep in Scotland has said that the actress is "siding with extremists."

Never say never, but we're pretty sure that what The Donald wants The Donald will get.

Sure he has billions of $$$ and FABULOUS hair, but Donald Trump has no tolerance for tardiness and he is vindictive when you are.

Ivanka Trump, his business mogul daughter, writes in her upcoming book that this was a huge issue for her dad and his ex-wife Marla Maples. She recalls:

“Once, when he was married to Marla Maples, we were waiting and waiting at the airport to take off on his private plane for Palm Beach. Marla was always late; it was a big point of contention between them. My father had just about given up on Marla making it to the plane by our scheduled takeoff time and we were getting ready to roll down the runway when I saw Marla’s car pull up alongside When he saw Marla all he did was throw up his hands. He didn’t tell the pilot to stop, and we took off anyway. I said, ‘Come on Dad, she’s just five minutes late.’ I knew he’d turn punctuality into an art form, but this seemed a bit excessive, even for him. He said, ‘No, Ivanka. You have to be on time’.”

Yikes! Seems a little harsh for five minutes. But when you are Donald Trump, you can pretty much do whatever you want - even treat your wife like crap! Stoopid!

You didn't think he was going to pass up an opportunity to comment, did you?!

Donald Trump thinks Kanye's actions at the VMAs last night were "disgusting" and that in actuality Kanye "couldn't care less about Beyonce. It was grandstanding to get attention."

Trump would know — he's the expert!

The Donald wants to boycott anything and everything related to Kanye "so this kind of thing doesn't happen again."

What do U think?

Will U be participating in a boycott against Kanye? Or is that a bit much?

We're sure this is infuriating to New York, but there's a judge out there that loves The Apprentice and comb-overs!

State Supreme Court Justice Ira B. Warshawsky rejected New York's demand that Donald Trump must pay back rent for the undeveloped Jones Beach catering hall-restaurant he purchased in 2007.

He ruled that the state would not grant Trump a building permit and invented excuses to make it impossible, therefore forcing him and partner Steve Carl to pay $200,000.

The Donald will be just fine because he's getting every cent of that back and more time to complete the development of the property!

“It’s a total and complete victory,” said Trump.

We're sure he'll put the money to good use as it's rumored that cash makes great toilet paper!

Congratulations are in order for Miss Venezuela!

At just 18-years-old, Stefania Fernandez has won the 2009 Miss Universe title.

The win marks the second time Venezuela has won the title in a row and just the sixth time overall. Last year, Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza won the crown.

And just what does the new Miss Universe have to say?

She told reporters after the pageant, "What do we Venezuelans have? That we are ourselves."

Deep!

The other top-five finalists included runner-up Miss Dominican Republic Ada Aimee de la Cruz; followed by Miss Kosovo, Droga Ganusha; Miss Australia, Rachael Finch; and Miss Puerto Rico, Mayra Matos Perez.

And perhaps the biggest oops moment was when Dayana dropped the crown while placing it on the new Miss Universe!

Thank goodness!

We'd like to think the Donald would heed our warning!

And we got our wish!

Despite rumors that former disgraced Miss California, Carrie Prejean, would appear on Celebrity Apprentice, her reps have confirmed that she will not be participating.

“They couldn’t work it out with her schedule,” claims her lawyer.

Is that fancy PR lingo for getting DENIED?!

In hindsight, we would have loved all of America to witness the dumb bitch attempt to function on a professional level.

Too bad!

Though it would be exceedingly rewarding to actually watch Donald Trump look at ex-Miss Cali, Carrie Prejean, and say "You're fired!", we can't help but feel put off by the news that Carrie may compete on his reality show, The Celebrity Apprentice.

Sources say that Carrie is very keen on the idea of appearing on the show (why wouldn't she be?), but the roadblock is the Donald: he hasn't decided whether this is a good idea or not.

"Trump keeps going back and forth over it, he doesn’t really care either way," says a source.

Though neither side's reps will confirm the story, we're sure this is legit.

Don't do it, Donald!

As we mentioned earlier this week, the current Miss Universe, 23-year-old Miss Venezuela, is relinquishing her crown after a year of duty later this month. And the gay marriage supporter is going out with a bang!

In the new September issue of Maxim, Dayana Mendzoa bears her Miss Universe boobies!

The photos have just hit Maxim's online edition, and although she's topless, she somehow makes it look damn sexy and classy. And we use the word "topless" loosely as you can't really see any nudity!

She carefully covers the necessary parts with her arms and jewelry.

And here's some good news for the guys, when asked if she'd only date millionaires, Dayana responded, "No, he doesn’t have to be a soccer player or an actor, either. He just has to be a special guy who is very genuine."

But we're sure if he had some millions in the bank she wouldn't turn him away.
