Dr. Mehmet Oz, the same Dr. Oz from The Dr. Oz Show is doing stand-up comedy??

Say whaaaaat??

Okay, he's not actually doing stand-up, but he has teamed up with comedian Richie Byrne to have a benefit comedy show for Dr. Oz's nonprofit Healthcorps.

Dr. Oz is one smart guy!

He cares so much about the health of pretty much everyone ever.

So when he gives advice, we recommend you listen.

Here are his top ten absolute best health and fitness tips:

We love both Dr. Oz AND Kirstie Alley, and we're especially proud of Kirstie as she is always extremely open about her battle with weight loss, gain, and dieting.

This time, however, the interview will be ENTIRELY about it, and how she's finally done with the yo-yo dieting!

They even dance, LOLz!

We wish we had the interview for you, but it hasn't even aired yet — that happens today!

While we respect that this is his decision, we think this is pretty nuts.

The Dr. Oz Show offered to pay for the surgery, as long as they got exclusive interview rights.

Wesley Warren Jr. declined that opportunity.

Some people think it's because he didn't want the eyes of the public on him, but his reasons are much more blunt:

"Who would want to live like this? I just don't want to die during the operation."

The condition is caused by an excess of watery fluid collecting around his testicles.

What's strange is that he was even fundraising for the surgery, but now he's turning down the free one — regardless if it prevents him from holding down a job and makes it difficult for him to urinate properly.

We CAN understand his fear, though. The surgery is complicated and it carries the risk that his penis and testicles might be completely removed if they can't stop the bleeding. That, and other risks of course.

If you're living a happy and fulfilling life, Wesley, then we're all for you skipping out on the procedure.

If you're not, the risk is worth it.
