UPDATE, 3:15 p.m. ET: Now, we know a little more about what went down.

Per TMZ, police say that Shia approached someone for a cigarette early Sunday morning, and when the person said no, Shia apparently started swearing in front of women and children.

From there, he was told to leave, but refused — and became aggressive towards a nearby officer.

Shia LaBeouf has been arrested on charges including suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public drunkenness, according to public records in Chatham County, Georgia.

The entire thing is designed to give you a major endorphin rush, making you energized and productive for about a half hour. And while it doesn't say "y'know, like cocaine" in the sales pitch, it is at least halfway there with the name.

We should mention, Coco Loko has NOT been approved by the Food & Drug Administration — possibly because

Dismissing rumors her husband could have been depressed, she explained:

"My Chris was happy, loving, caring and warm. This was not a depressed man—it wasn't like I missed that. What I missed were the signs of addiction."
