This is not the first time Kim Kardashian West has channeled Cleopatra or Elizabeth Taylor!
But Kim's latest photo shoot with Violet Grey refreshingly puts the focus on her face rather than her body, which is a nice change from the usual!

The reality star gets the makeup treatment from famed artist Pat McGrath, who uses a ton of gold foil to make Kimmy look like the iconic Egyptian queen, as portrayed by Taylor in the 1963 film.
"I love Elizabeth. Pat and I have had conversations about how iconic she is, and how iconic Cleopatra is. I would have done anything—I would have trusted Pat's vision no matter what she wanted—but I was really excited that it was the Cleopatra vibe."
And Kanye West is totally her Mark Antony and/or Richard Burton, right, guys???

Though it's unclear precisely when production is slated to begin, the starlet admitted the studio had already locked down a script.
