After Miss France, Laury Thilleman, lost her chance to be Miss Universe, she had some pretty ugly things to say about the winner — Angola's Leila Lopes.

Okay, so ScarJo doesn't have THAT many possible love interests, but she has been romantically linked to a bunch of different men lately…although we're now hearing that she is definitely NOT dating Kieran Culkin.

Despite being seen out with Kieran in Paris, a source is saying that the two are "just old friends who went to high school together."

This morning, we learned that French producer Mehdi Faveris-Essadi, otherwise known as DJ Mehdi, passed away at 34-years-old due to an "accident."

DJ Mehdi is a big name in the French electro/house scene, and he's worked with many well-known artists including Chromeo, Miike Snow, and Architecture in Helsinki.

Recently, Mehdi's single Signatune was reworked by Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter, selling 9,000 downloads in the U.S.

Mehdi leaves behind his wife Fafi, who is a renowned French graffiti artist.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mehdi's wife, and his other loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

We STILL think what he did was disgusting…but this is actually pretty funny, even though we don't understand the majority of it. LOLz.

Oh this is TOO cool! David Lynch fans must be going absolutely INSANE right now!

Aside from venturing into the world of electro-pop, David Lynch is keeping himself busy these days with his new members-only Paris nightclub Silencio, which is based on a location from his movie Mulholland Drive!

The club opened yesterday, and the 1950s-inspired space was designed by David over the course of two years.

Here's what David had to say about his club:

"Silencio is something dear to me. I wanted to create an intimate space where all the arts could come together."

Sounds great to us! Next you should open a second club in El Lay, David! Maybe that one can be inspired by your movie Eraserhead…or would that be too creepy???

He made a special appearance at the tribute to French musician Serge Gainsbourg at the Hollywood Bowl Sunday night and closed the show with quite the poetic finale. We were screaming right along with those girls when he started speaking French.

It's really quite impressive.
