It won't be long before we see the tiny celebutot is behind the wheel!

Nice to see Mommy Michelle is insisting on a helmet.

As we've mentioned before, Heath Ledger's final film is Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

After Ledger's death, several A-listers filled in to complete the movie: Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell.

Movie execs have also been trying for a while to get the film sold before it made it's appearance at the Cannes Film Festival.

The movie finally premiered in Cannes on Friday. And on the red carpet to promote the flick was none other than Verne Troyer Mini-Me.

Troyer was there alongside Terry Gilliam and others to promote the movie and walk the red carpet.

Hope the movie lives up to its hype!

Heath Ledger died before the completion, but the team behind his last film pushed on and now the flick is complete.

The Hollywood Reporter says that director Terry Gilliam and the sales team behind The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus are now deciding on how to proceed with the film. At first, it was to go to the Cannes Film Festival for an industry screening, but now sales reps for the company are hoping to sell the film before the fest.

There is big money to be made here. Not only is it Heath Ledger's last film, but it also stars tons of A-listers to fill in the gaps Ledger did not film. Those stars are Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell.

If a deal can be reached, it would mean that a Cannes screening would be a launchpad for a studio's marketing campaign.

Before his death in early 2008 Heath Ledger began production on an animated music video for indie rock band Modest Mouse, but due to his untimely death, the video was never completed.

Reps for the group are now saying that the video for 2007's "King Rat" will be released within the year!

Modest Mouse frontman Isaac Brock "is supporting the completion of the video in honor of Heath's last piece of work as a director," after collaborating side-by-side with Ledger on the conception of the animated video.

Matilda is getting so big!!

Heath Ledger's absolutely adorable tot and her mom, Michelle Williams, trotted hand in hand down a snow-covered street in Brooklyn Wednesday morn.

The youngster plucked a giant flower to accessorize her outfit with along the way.

For years now, Wayne Scott has been living the life as a master con artist by misleading sick children in the UK. Scott has fessed up to three counts of fraud, including posing as wrestler turned actor The Rock to an ill 15-year-old, but there's one case he refuses to take the blame for.

Accusations are being made in the psycho's connection with phone calls John Travolta and Tom Cruise received shortly after Heath Ledger's death with someone who claimed to be Ledger's father. Scott reportedly tried to coerce Travolta into paying for a round trip ticket to New York!!

The derranged Brit denies ever making the calls to the Scientologists.

Reports are claiming Wayne Scott is afflicted with some serious mental issues, mainly a personality disorder (duh).

"This was not done for financial gain, but because it gave you some twisted sense of satisfaction. This all stems from some sort of personality disorder you have which means you get some sort of satisfaction from pretending to be persons you are not."

Intense!!

Scott has been sentenced to a 26-week jail sentence as well as 200 hours of community service and close to $1,000 in fines.

In this weekend's issue of Parade, Australian actress Naomi Watts opens up a bit about her relationship with babydaddy Liev Schreiber and even her past romance with the late Heath Ledger.

So what does Ms. Watts have to say about her famous ex, Ledger?

She says she first met Heath while they were filming Ned Kelly and adds:

"I hadn't really been that familiar with his work. Then, when I got to the set and did that first scene with him, I was like, 'Wow! This guy is alive.' It was just something deep in his eyes. You could look into them, and they would tell a thousand stories in one glance. There was a wonderful mixture of power and fragility at work in everything he did, which just pulls you in. His strength didn't scare you. It intrigued you. And his fragility touched you."

As for her current boyfriend, Watts says of Liev:

"He's a complicated man, which I've always been drawn towards. He's fiercely intelligent. It's not like I've grown up having this dream of a fairy-tale wedding. My mother married twice and had two divorces. And Liev comes from the same kind of background. Maybe one day we'll just wake up and go, 'Hey, let's do this.' And maybe not. He and I have a family. We're very much together. We just don't have that certificate, and that's okay with both of us. He gave me a beautiful ring, although I'm not wearing it right now."

Guess that really just means he doesn't want to marry you!

As we mentioned last year, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams' daughter, Matilda Rose, is set to get her father's inheritance. Included in that was Ledger's $10 million life insurance.

However, the life insurance company decided not to pay up - claiming Heath's death seemed more like a suicide than an overdose.

So, Williams hired an attorney on behalf of Matilda to go against the insurance company, ReliaStar.

Well, finally, an agreement has been reached. The details are confidential. But….

The filings state that a court guardian must be established to represent 3-year-old Matilda.

And a closed hearing has been requested for late February to finally wrap things up.

Let's hope Heath's daughter gets what's rightfully hers!
