Former Playmate Holly Madison joined the ballet!

Madison is playing a part in Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker in Las Vegas.

The Vegas production was performed at the Paris Theatre.

How classy!

Holly Madison decided to spend her Thanksgiving helping others.

She volunteered to feed those in need a hot meal at Hard Rock Cafe Paradise in her queendom of Las Vegas.

Hugh Hefner's former #1 tweeted:

Thanks to the Hard Rock Cafe on Paradise for having me to help serve the hungry today! so nice of them to do that every year!

Holly Madison and Carrot Top, of all people, were on hand to celebrate the CSI: The Experience's two-year anniversary at the MGM Grand Resort in Las Vegas - and they clearly were getting into the role of crime scene investigators!

Peep show's Holly Madison put the "Tang" in Tangled at the 3rd annual Hollyween party, Saturday.

Holly hosted the Studio 54 at the MGM Grand shin dig dressed as sexy Rapunzel. The Holiday celebration featured a sexiest costume competition and special performance by Peepshow and her Holly’s World cast mate Josh Strickland.

Holly Madison stepped out of the Peepshow this weekend to treat herself to a little fest. Oktoberfest, to be exact, as she was spotted visiting Las Vegas' Hofbrauhaus to tap their latest keg in honor of Oktoberfest.

After burning bridges with Hugh Hefner and all of his loyal bunnies, Crystal Harris is going around Tinsel Town hoping someone will produce her own reality show.

The former Girl Next Door made headlines when she told Howard Stern that Hef was a minute man whose body disgusted her.

Crystal Harris just keeps showing her true colors more and more!

After taking Holly Madison's place as Hugh Hefner's 'Number One,' Crystal was set to marry Hef, but, as we all know, she left him before going down the aisle.

They've been apart for months, but she's still talking smack about him.

In a recent interview with Howard Stern, she told the radio king that sex with Hef only lasted two seconds, adding:

That was some cold shizz that happened to Hugh five days before he was about to get married. We don't think a single person can think that wasn't messed up on Crystal Harris's part.
