She even started the party early…in Vegas! WooHoo!!!

Holly Madison attended Fright Dome at Circus Circus in Las Vegas this weekend. She definitely got into the spirit of things, rocking a little Tinker Bell outfit that just looks adorbs on her!

Wonder if she has a different outfit for the annual Playboy Halloween bash?!

We don't think this is true. Well, rather, we hope to God this isn't true.

In the new issue of Star we picked up, the magazine is reporting that Miley Cyrus is looking into going under the knife to get bigger tittays. Their sources say that she is after the same size rack as Playmate Holly Madison!

Now there is a role model!

The source explains: "Miley is intent on getting a boob job, and she's insisting her parents sign the consent forms, which is required since she is still 17."

Considering that Miley probably pays the mortgage on their house, we don't think they will have much of a choice!

But honestly, we really hope MileyBird isn't really thinking of doing this. She's so young and now that she is no longer under Disney's thumb, she might be able to nature into a young lady nicely! No plastic parts required!

We think Holly Madison is a pretty classy lady!

The former Girl Next Door, who has admitted to getting some work done to her tittays and nose, ain't interested in looking like the Real Heidi Doll anytime soon, and has some pretty solid advice for anybody curious about going under the knife!

She says:

"Maybe when I'm getting older, but I'm done with it for now. I don't like when people inject a lot of stuff in their face because then their faces move all weird. I think when young girls are thinking about plastic surgery they need to go to a very wealthy house party in Beverly Hills. All they need to do is look at all the old people in the room and be like, ‘Oh, maybe I don't want to get my lips done. Maybe I don't want to get Botox,' because you see how it ages. When people look in the mirror they see their face holding still. They don't see like when they get injections in their lips, they don't see themselves from the side. They don't seem themselves talking, they don't see that their lip looks like a shelf…They're just staring at themselves and are like, ‘Oh, my lips don't look big. I'm going to go get more."

Smart lady!

She sure is ambitious!

Holly Madison wants to take on politics in Las Vegas and maybe even run for mayor!

She explains:

“I mostly just want to have a family and get involved in city politics and be a Sunday school teacher and stuff like that. Yes. In Vegas. My favorite idea is to fix the way they do construction [in Las Vegas] because sometimes they leave a construction site up too long when they’re doing road work.

"They don’t finish it fast enough and it causes a lot of traffic problems. I need to learn first.”

And when asked about running for mayor, Holly replied, "Someday!"

The former Girl Next Door seems to really like the Vegas lifestyle saying that she'd rather raise a family there than in El Lay. She says:

“I would much rather raise a family in Las Vegas than in L.A. First of all, when you live in Vegas, it’s very much like a small town with a really strong sense of community…In L.A., there’s too much money, too much privilege. Anybody can get into any club as long as they’re good looking at any age. I don’t like it.

“And paparazzi is everywhere in L.A. There are none in Vegas. They come to events, but if you ever see a celebrity with paparazzi in Vegas, like waiting at lobby of hotel, it’s because they called them themselves. There are no random loitering paparazzi in Las Vegas. It’s 110% better to raise a family here than L.A.”

Sounds like she has a lot of big plans — we wonder what kinda guy she'll end up with!

Of course she is.

Life & Style magazine is reporting that former Girl Next Door Holly Madison is joining the rest of Hollywood and writing a book!

"I'm writing a book about Las Vegas," Holly revealed. For research, she took a road trip from LA to Sin City and stopped at "freaky roadside attractions," including a haunted hotel in Death Valley.

Her spin-off show Holly's World is also premiering on E! on June 13.
