Jack Osbourne Attacked!

wenn2469735-jack.jpg

While visiting London over the weekend, Jack Osbourne reveales he was attacked by two men as he returned from a friends wedding.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, the son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne was "jumped" by the pair, but not before Jack got a swing back at them.

He updated his blog the following morning, stating: "Knuckles hurt today. It's the good hurt. I think it means I hit them harder than they hit me."

Thankfully Jack does not seem to have been seriously injured in the attack!

No report if anything was stolen from Osbourne.

Jack Looking Not So Bad

jack_osbourne_2_wenn24697352.jpg

Jack Osbourne might be looking a bit buzzed, but he's definitely not looking fat.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's son was spotted last night leaving the Dorchester hotel in London after reportedly drinking orange juice with his friends in the bar.

Are we sure there wasn't any liquor mixed in?

But we've got to give him credit.

After years of struggling with his weight, the former chubster seems to have it in check.

Keep it up, boo!

Is Osbournes: Reloaded Ratings Gold???

osbournesbanned02__opt.jpg

Whoa!

Even with the Osbournes: Reloaded being banned left and right across America, the variety show managed to nab the #2 spot in the ratings for Tuesday night!!!

16 Fox affiliates in total removed the risque show's premiere from their line-up and Fox downsized the premiere from an hour to a mere 35 minutes but it still grabbed the second highest viewership - almost 10 million - for the night next to American Idol!

Still no word on whether or not Fox will air the remaining eps, but we think they'd be stupid not to!!

Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Ohio and Tennessee TV Stations Refuse To Air Osbournes: Reloaded! AND MORE Ban It Too!

osbournesbanned.jpg

This is ridiculous! The show hasn't even premiered yet!

The head honchos at the Panama City Fox affiliate in Florida, WPGX, will NOT be airing the new Osbournes: Reloaded variety show.

Since when is Panama City, home to some very un-family friendly Spring Break debauchery, wholesome?????

The show was set to premiere tonight at 8:20pm CDT, with the odd timing intended to keep the viewers of American Idol watching the show instead.

But, according to the head of the station, after watching just a six-minute preview of the show, he found the episode to contain profanity and adult content and determined it was unsuitable for the time slot.

David Cavileer, WPGX General Manager, says he would have rather aired the show later in the evening.

So what's going to take the earlier time slot? That will be a wholesome and clean episode of The Simpsons.

A rep for Fox confirmed that any affiliate can pre-empt a program if it doesn't feel it's appropriate for their market.

That's effed up!

Update: A Perezcious reader tells us that at least one station in Georgia is also refusing to air the show!

Update #2: Another Perezcious reader tells us that the local Fox affiliate in Milwaukee, WI, will also not be airing the show.

Update #3: Holy cow! Yet another Perezcious reader tells us that Bill Lanesy, station manager of Cincinnati's "Fox 19" channel this morning was interviewed on a local radio show for Q102 saying that it was not appropriate to air right after the family-oriented "American Idol".

Update #4: Knoxville TN's Fox affiliate, WTNZ, is also refusing to show it as well. Simpsons re-runs instead!

Update #5: Fox 4 in Kansas City, MO is also not airing the Osbournes:Reloaded show!! They announced this morning that they will not be airing it on the 8:30 pm time spot but will instead be showing it at 1 am!!

Update #6: In Utah, Fox 13 pushed back Osbournes: Reloaded to air at 12:05 AM instead of playing right after American Idol. "They explained it on the news saying that the show isn't good to play after the 'family friendly' American Idol, a Perezcious reader tells us.

We've Said It Before And We'll Say It Again: Don't Mess With Sharon Osbourne!

osbourne-will-fuck-you-up__opt.jpg

By now we all know that Sharon Osbourne is the fiercest mama bear in the industry (recall a certain Charming television moment), so it's no surprise that Queen Osbourne came just short of castrating a reporter who questioned the Osbournes' authority on "family"-oriented variety TV shows with their upcoming Osbournes: Reloaded. You know, cuz so many of the Osbournes have been to rehab!

Oh shiz. Someone hold her back!

Actually, don't hold her back! Let 'er rip!

Sharon said:

"That must be the most ridiculous question I have ever been asked in my entire career. I'm really angry. Do you know how many people in this country alone suffer from addiction?

This is a terrible epidemic that covers every race. It doesn't matter if you're rich or poor, black or white. It's an epidemic of drugs and alcohol in this country. OK? And all my family are examples of being truthful about their condition and working through it and trying to better themselves as human beings.

You know that we have been so open about our lives. My husband has struggled with addiction his entire life. And my son has been clean and sober for six years and lives a very, very strict AA lifestyle. And, so if anything he is a beacon of hope to any young person in this country who is struggling with addiction. So when you talk about family, we are family and we are a real family. I've taken real offense, because you know why? We're real people. And probably half of the people watching our show, they have someone in their family who has a problem with alcohol and drugs."

Preach it sister!

Recomposing herself, Sharon then revealed that Osbournes: Reloaded is not "celebrity driven…The show is more about being funny with real people."

And they achieve that with performances from the musically inclined family, pranks, contests, "audience interaction," and visits from famous pals such as Pamela Anderson (complete with wardrobe malfunction!), Fall Out Boy, and Miss Piggy.

Time To Work It Off!

jack_osbourne_1_wenn2242151.jpg

Is his "thyroid" acting up???

Jack Osbourne was spotted in Santa Monica on Monday looking rather plump.

The reality star had slimmed down considerably the last two years.

Well, the weight seems to have creeped back on.

It happens!

Now, it's time for all of us to get back on track and focused.

We've got a new goal - this 4th of July. Watch out world!

Ozzy Gets Sinful For His Bday

ozzyandlovecast.jpg
ozzybeatleslove.jpg

The Osbournes like to celebrate their birthday a bit early!

Patriarch Ozzy turns 60 this Wednesday and to commemorate the fact that he's still bloody alive, Sharon took the rock legend and kids to Vegas to watch The Beatles LOVE by Cirque de Soleil yesterday.

The Osbourne clan, minus their hardly seen daughter, Aimee, attended the Cirque show and brought 25 guests with them!

The partying continued on after that, and…

Hmmm….

Did Ozzy get some "work" done on his face recently????

The Osbournes Meet The, Uhm, Osbornes

ozzynfam__opt.jpg

As part of the rock fam's new variety show The Osbournes: Loud and Dangerous, Ozzy, Shaaaaron!, Jack, and Kelly visited the family of Joe Osborne on their farm in Chillicothe, Ohio, this past week. You see, one of the show's gimmicks is that the Osbournes go around visiting families with the same last name (Spelling can be variable, however).

On Joe's farm, both families participated in some chores, including "mud running." We're not sure what that is, but we've got a feeling it is very mess. Then Joe made some lunch for everyone. The main course consisted of deer and squirrel meat. Apparently Sharon and Kelly balked, but Jack and Ozzy gave it a shot, of which Joe said, "It shows that they are really ordinary people."

Ordinary people who bite the heads off of bats!

Next on the agenda was another equally outrageous adventure. This time it was bull riding. Joe demonstrated his mad bull skills, wowing the Osbournes, and then Jack decided to give it a whirl. He apparently did okay before getting tossed.

Joe said that hosting the Osbournes "was really the experience of a lifetime."

The rest of the Osbournes variety show will feature musical performances, comedy sketches, and game show competitions.

The bull-riding episode is scheduled to air in February on Fox.

They're Back

ozzynfam.jpg

Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack Osbourne will be making their return to US television in December.

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), they're not doing another reality show.

Instead, the Osbournes will host a six-part show which will feature music and comedy sketches.

The show will air on the Fox network.

The net plans to launch the Osbourne variety show via a Christmas special.

Will you watch?

We LOVE the idea!
