We're pretty sure Will Smith made a movie with Jaden Smith just so they could hang out and do press together!
And you know what? It worked!
The father and son have what looks to be a cool sci-fi adventure coming out, and they're having a blast promoting it!
The duo were spotted Wednesday morning at BBC1 Studios in London. Jaden carried an umbrella around the notoriously rainy city, but Dad decided to brave it.

With their busy schedules, it's nice to see that Will Smith and Jaden Smith can still find time to bond!
Sure, it's over defending themselves from monstrous wild animals on a harsh, unfamiliar world but hey- it's better than miniature golf!

International movie star families are cool and all, but they aren't above getting photobombed by wacky dudes in loud jackets — NO WAY!
Will Smith and his son Jaden's bonding time (before Jaden wants nothing to do with his fam!) was secretly interrupted by a reporter just behind them, giving the cheesiest smile we've ever seen!
The mystery guy was sports reporter Craig Sager, wearing a pink plaid suit! He even waved for cameras as they focused on the father-and-son duo! LOLz!
There really isn't much to this story past that it happened, and it was AMAZEBALLZ! Ha!
Will and Jaden Smith stopped by to chat with Ellen DeGenres about their new movie After Earth.
The most tantalizing piece of their conversation for us, however, was whether 14-year-old Jaden previously asked to be emancipated or not!
The teenage star declared he had no plans to leave his father's house anytime soon. His reasoning is simple: everything at his parents' house is free!

The father-son duo have been busy promoting their new flick, After Earth, and while they continue to make their rounds, this time they took their beautiful selves to Tokyo for a press conference on Thursday.
As they posed for pics, the Fresh Prince showed off his tailored suit and shiny shoes, while Jaden werked it out in a black button down, wacky semi-baggy, semi-skinny pants and black and white sneakers.
We love how adorable the Smiths look together, but we wish that Will would've given his son another smooch like he did at their last red carpet event because that was like the cutest thing ever!!

Parents just don't understand!
Will Smith should know that better than anyone! He wrote a whole song about it! LOLz!
But that didn't stop him from embarrassing Jaden in front of everyone!
The father/son combo were in Mexico promoting their upcoming film, After Earth, and everything was going smoothly as the two posed for pictures on the red carpet! That's when Will decided to catch his son off guard by planting a wet one right on his head!
Personally, we found the moment to be adorable, but Jaden doesn't look too thrilled! Doesn't his dad know that girls could be watching!?
We always knew our parents were embarrassing, but it's nice to know that EVERYONE has that problem! Even when your pops is the Fresh Prince! Ha!
