We guess that Prince William and Kate Middleton won't be sharing their first dance as a married couple to You're Beautiful, then! Boo!

LOLz!

James Blunt recently told a reporter that he'd be playing at the upcoming Royal Wedding in April, but apparently, he was merely practically joking!

His rep has confirmed that he said it in jest, and in reality, he'll be busy on tour over here in the states on the exciting day!

Fair enough!

Besides - and this is no offense to James - we'd be SHOCKED if he was confirmed before Elton or Macca!

But who knows who'll be confirmed to get the honor? We can't wait to find out though!

A flame rekindled, perchance?!

The newly made-over James Blunt was reportedly spotted kissing Pussycat Dolls singer Jessica Sutta, with whom he was previously linked in 2005!

The singer recently performed a gig at the W Hollywood Hotel, and ran into his alleged ex in an El Lay nightclub!

Sources reveal:

"They met up straight after James's gig and hit it off like a house on fire. James instantly hit the bar and was buying Jessica drinks and was clearly smitten. They only had eyes for each other and were snuggled up in a corner of the bar laughing and joking away all night. By the end of the evening and a few drinks later, they were snogging each other's faces off and very touchy feely before leaving together."

Oh MY!

We suppose that distance only makes the heart grow hornier fonder!

James Blunt was snapped performing at The Grove and El Lay last week and sporting a bit of a make-over!

Wow!

We think that he sort of looks like Marilyn Manson with a splash of Prince William, no?

And it's looking quite promising!

Simon Cowell and The Sun are working on a charity single to benefit Haiti relief and the stars are coming out of the woodwork.

Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey and Jon Bon Jovi just signed on to cover the greatly anticipated cover of R.E.M.'s Everybody Hurts joining the already announced Susan Boyle, Leona Lewis and Rod Stewart.

"It's amazing these great singers are clearing their schedules to make this happen," said Simon. "I just found out Mariah has changed her schedule to be able to do this too."

The recording began this weekend with Cheryl Cole and British band JLS, but others expected to get into the studio are Take That, Michael Bublé, Westlife, Alexandra Burke, James Morrison, Mika and James Blunt.

"It says such a lot that everyone is working so hard to help Haiti," he continued. "This is something that really matters to us all, and I'm so grateful for the support we are getting."

And, apparently, the singer's manager is a douche too!

Weird Al Yankovic is known to parody some of the best talent in music. We all recall when Yankovic did Eat It, his take on Michael Jackson's Beat It, and Fat, his take on MJ's Bad.

But it seems the You're Beautiful singer, James Blunt, wants no part of Yankovic's "flattery."

Weird Al is getting ready to release another one of his greatest hits CD this fall, but it seems he'll have to do it without Blunt's parody song he wrote and performed, You're Pitiful. Which is lame since reports state Blunt had originally agreed to allow the song to be parodied, but it was his record label, Atlantic Records, who pulled the plug.

Weird Al even took to his Twitter page yesterday to share his rejection notice from Blunt's manager.

Yankovic wrote:

"In case you were hoping for "You're Pitiful" to be included on my "Essentials" collection, sorry, this just in from Blunt's manager: Thanks for your email, but both James and I will never approve this parody to be released on any label."

Lame!

James Blunt, his manager and his label need to get a sense of humor!

James Blunt is doing well in the Swiss ski resort Verbier, where he has been living since January.

The local souvenir shops are selling special "James Blunt took my virginity" T-shirts for the girls that have slept with James.

Locals claim he has bedded a few hundred ski tourists already.
