Devastated by the recent death of their beloved son and brother Michael, more secrets about his life and the lives of the Jackson family are coming to light.

Apparently, the entire Jackson family has been dealing with just as many financial troubles as the fallen icon had.

Many of the of Jackson children have fallen far from the graces of fame due to money problems, such as Marlon Jackson, who stocks shelves at a Vons supermarket in San Diego and Jackie, the oldest brother, who is is struggling to manage his son's aspiring rap career after attempts at an Internet startup clothing business failed.

The only brother still left making his own music is Tito Jackson, but he makes a meager living off the venture, pulling in $500 and $1,500 per the sporadic gig.

But how did the once lucrative family find themselves in finical ruin? Reports suggest "a slew of bad investments, poor advice, bankruptcy, stubborn pride, divorces, IRS debt, child support" and, of course, Michael, whose own financial difficulties leave his loved ones a suggested $400 million debt to deal with. Along with that, there are also reports that while Michael was known to support his family financially, he used his influence to stop his brothers from venturing out and working on their own music. Michael had signed his brothers to his personal record label,MJJ, and then refused to release any of their music.

Furthermore, during Michael's 2005 child molestation trial, several of the brothers, in need of cash flow, documented private family affairs, hoping to shop it around to networks as a reality show. Though it never came to pass, it was these kind of desperate measures that the Jackson family has been reduced to in order to fund their lifestyles.

While the brothers may have lost their fortunes, it seems it will be up to the more successful sisters to help carry the family through the roughest of times. Janet Jackson, being the most successful sibling next to Michael, has created an empire of her own, reportedly being worth upward of $150 million.

We will have to wait and see how far Janet will go to support her family. We're sure she will, but at what cost to her, remains to be seen.

We have just received word that Janet Jackson has arrived in Los Angeles.

The sister of Michael Jackson had been in Atlanta, but returned after hearing about her brother's passing.

We send our condolences to Janet and the rest of the Jackson family.

The ever yo-yo-ing weight of Janet Jackson has, only 6 months later, hit a low!

Miss Janet attended the Prince For MCM launch party in London Thursday night slimmed down from her former almost unrecognizable figure.

While we're glad she peeled off the pounds, we wonder if it might just be healthier to maintain a comfortable weight instead of constantly putting such pressure on her body!

Plus it must be no fun having to maintain two separate wardrobes!!!

Are tax payers STILL spending money on this?

On Monday, the Supreme Court ordered a federal appeals court to re-examine its ruling, in favor of CBS, over the whole "wardrobe malfunction" incident from back in 2004 during Super Bowl with Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake.

Who knew a nipple could cause years of legal battles?

As we mentioned last year, the decision was put up to the Supreme Court, but they've just directed it to the Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia in order to consider reinstating the $550,000 fine that the FCC had originally place.

And, according to a statement by CBS, the network is not surprised by the decision and believes they won't be found at fault for the incident since they "could not have been anticipated" the nipple slip.

Sounds like a lot of back and forth going on here.

Who do U think is at fault? Janet? CBS?

Such a clever trick!

Janet Jackson is using her boyfriend, the elflike Jermaine Dupri, as a human shield from the prying lenses of the evil paparazzi.

The singer and producer were snapped hurriedly making their way through LaGuardia Airport in NYC on Tuesday night.

Maybe she had a stain on her shirt she didn't want us to see????

P.S. She's wearing an XL these days, right? We had to!

Janet, why are you being so lame?

Janet Jackson has cancelled postponed five February concerts in Japan.

"Sick" again?

Not quite.

The former chart-topper has cited the global economic crisis as the reason for the "postponement."

Her people are scheduled to announce the re-do dates in March.

So, economic crisis is the new 'vertigo', Miz Jackson?

As most y'all know, the once-great performer cancelled seven shows in the US on her ill-plagued tour.

Don't expect her to really reschedule those Japan dates!

Oh boy, here we go again!

The Incredible Expanding-And-Shrinking Woman - also known as Janet Jackson - has once again ballooned to epic proportions and epic fashion disasters.

At first glance, we thought it was the Hunchback of Notre Dame, but it's only Miss Jackson (because we're nasty!).

Janet was spotted leaving London club Mahiki on Tuesday night.

We're not sure how she does it, but we're pretty sure it can't be good for her weight to constantly yo-yo. Maybe it's the vertigo!

Jermaine Dupri abruptly left his position as President of Island Records Urban Music last week. No explanation was given for his departure and there was uncertainty as to whether he quit or was fired.

Well, now in an interview with Essence, Mr. Janet Jackson is setting the record straight about what really happened.

When asked blatantly why he left from Island Def Jam records, Dupri stated:

"It was a situation where it felt very stagnant to me. As a person who is used to putting out new records and continuing to do that, it just wasn't turning over as being that place to me where I should stick to it and see if it was going to turn around."

Sounds like a bullshit answer to us!

When asked what his biggest problem with the label was, Jermaine said:

"It wasn't giving me the open door that I thought it was going to. It wasn't aggressive enough and it was a big letdown for me. I thought I was going to a place that understood the times we were in as a music business and how aggressive we needed to be with putting out new projects and records. This is the reason I'm speaking out; not because I'm bitter, but because I owe it to my fans that see me every day on the Internet. I wanted to let them know because they've left a lot of comments on my YouTube saying, "JD, you talk about everything else; why aren't you talking about this [label] situation?"

Dupri also says we shouldn't believe everything Def Jam says, adding:

"Island [Def Jam Records] is going to say what makes them look good. They are not going to tell the truth. I haven't spoken to L.A. [Reid] in three months. I don't know if it's amicable [considering] that they claim they put me out. I feel like it's not amicable. Don't lie, be real about the situation."

Oh, and Jermaine also denies all the rumors that Janet is preggers, again, though he admits she might be in the future.

We like that Dupri is speaking his mind.

We hope L.A. Reid does the same real soon!
