This has got to be one of the most unlikeliest match-ups ever.

Kathy Griffin had one helluva deja vu moment on Thursday while watching Madonna on Anderson.

It turns out her Madgesty was wearing the same leather Gucci dress Kathy wore when she co-hosted CNN's New Year's Eve special with Anderson Cooper!

Kathy immediately tweeted "Bitch stole my look! I hope @Joan_Rivers sees this!!!" and the photo (above).

Those set to join the panel include: Ashlee Simpson, Nicki Minaj, Kristin Cavallari, Kathy Griffin, La Toya Jackson, Tyson Beckford, Coco Rocha, The Game and CSI creator Anthony Zuiker.

We were on board until the last two.

The socialite turned business woman was photographed by Mike Ruiz in an array of stunning floral outfits made especially for the eco-friendly cover shoot.

The funnylady wore a gorgeous yellow satin gown by Oscar de la Renta.

We're loving it all minus that large cuff on her left arm. Sometimes less is more.

But overall, looking great bb!

The celebs showed up in numbers last night to attend the premiere of Burlesque held at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.

And looking great on the red carpet was one of our favorite funny ladies Kathy Griffin in her low-cut, black skirt suit which she paired with gold heels.

Rebecca Gayheart also attended with hottie Eric Dane. Gayheart looked sophisticated yet flirty in her metallic purple number.

As for Debi Mazar, we're liking her red, one-shoulder dress, just not loving it.
