Pay up, Tyga!

The rapper — who has been in the news quite a bit recently — is making good on a bunch of back rent he owes a former landlord, and the checks are going to hurt!

Monday is the deadline for Tyga to give $80,000 to an ex-landlord after agreeing to pay off his outstanding debt rather than face punishment over it.

Considering that, with interest, the number would be nearly $125,000 — $80K is a pretty favorable deal for him!

Of course, if Kylie Jenner's "friend" fails to pay up by today, he'll be on the hook for the full amount.

Drama, drama, drama! Maybe he needs to make another club appearance or two to cover the costs?!

They got him!

Sources report that law enforcement has captured David Sweat, the convicted murderer who escaped a maximum security prison in upstate New York nearly a month ago.

Police officials were succinct on Sweat:

"He is under the control of law enforcement."

Sweat had been serving a life sentence after killing a sheriff's deputy in 2002.

His accomplice, Richard Matt was shot and killed on Friday in a separate incident, so it looks like this story has been wrapped up — and most importantly, no innocent people were hurt!

Someone didn't have the best weekend…

DMX was reportedly arrested on Friday night in New York City for failing to pay more than $400,000 in child support!

Apparently, the 44-year-old rapper was scheduled to perform a show at Radio City Music Hall, but Police were already waiting at the venue and took him away as soon as he arrived.

We're hearing that DMX then appeared in front of a judge on Saturday, but was then detained for a completely separate incident where he allegedly skipped bail in another county!

It wasn't all bad news, however — New Jersey Police officially dropped charges against the star for a gas station robbery in April over a lack of any proof.

We hope you can get this all sorted out, D!

Okay, Bill Cosby's Latest Ploy To Prevent The Unsealing Of 'Embarrassing' Court Records Is INSANE!

| Filed under: Legal MattersBill Cosby

Really, Bill Cosby? REALLY.

On Wednesday, Bill told a Pennsylvania judge that "embarrassing" court records shouldn't be released because he's NOT a public figure. UMM… we'll get to that point in a second.

The records in question pertain to Andrea Constand, who alleged that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her. Constand was one of the first women to come out against the comedian in 2013.

Now that two years have passed, the records can be released, a move Bill is desperately fighting on the grounds of… well, a mere definition.

He may have been murdered.

Norm Stamper was the chief of Seattle police during the time of the grunge legend's passing, and he is calling for a reinvestigation of the 27-year-old's death.

The former officer turned writer told documentary Soaked in Bleach:

"I would tell you right now if I were the Chief of Police, I would reopen this investigation."

While a suicide note was found, there have been a number of widely circulated theories from Nirvana fans that contend the Smells Like Teen Spirit vocalist was the victim of a homicide:
