After the arrest of his daughter, Alexandra, Senator John Kerry released a statement regarding the incident in which she was booked for a possible DUI!
His spokeswoman, Jodi Seth, says:
"Alexandra Kerry was pulled over for an expired registration and was released after the results of a breathalyzer test at the police station were under the legal limit. Senator Kerry supports his daughter and will have no further comment on a private matter."
Guess his disappointment is for family ears only!
According to Police Sgt. Enrique Mendoza, Alexandra was pulled over by officers "for a DUI investigation" and "identified herself as Sen. Kerry's daughter."
Daddy can't get you outta this one!!!

Redmond O'Neal, the son of Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett, is currently in residential treatment at Impact and apparently he isn't participating as much as he should be!
The judge heard this in Redmond's progress report and he wasn't pleased saying, "I thought this kid wanted to do something. He isn't working as hard as he can."
Uh, oh!
Raymond May, a rep from Impact, pointed out that because Redmond "did a massive amount of drugs for years" that his emotional growth was "stunted…and he is just coming out of that."
Redmond said that he has been sober for 9 months and agreed that while he hasn't been doing as well as he should have, he is also grieving the loss of his mother. He's now due back in court on December 2 and the judge warned him:
"The report better be glowing, or there will be consequences."
Yikes!
He better heed the judge's warning or Redmond could be sporting an orange jumpsuit pretty soon!

Daddy's going to be mad about this one!
Senator John Kerry's daughter was just busted earlier this morning on suspicion of DUI!!!
Alexandra Forbes Kerry was pulled over for a traffic stop in Hollywood at around 12:40am after the 36-year-old apparently violated a traffic law.
The cops then did a field sobriety test and it appeared she was under the influence, so they arrested her. However, when asked if she wanted to take a preliminary alcohol screening test, she refused.
NOT a good sign.
The cops then took her to the station and conducted a formal blood alcohol test, which showed she was at .06, below the California legal limit of .08.
Kerry was booked at LAPD's Hollywood station and released at 5:25am today.
Lucky break for Kerry!

It looks as though his douchey ways have finally caught up with him!
He may have accepted a plea deal to avoid jail for federal tax evasion, but Joe Francis is far from being in the clear!
IRS officials have filed a lien against Francis for the money he owes - almost $34 million!!!! They claim that he did not pay taxes in 2001, 2002 and 2003, yet he has no clue why the government is coming after him.
"I have no idea what it is," said the Girls Gone Wild founder. "This is total retaliation for me beating them in court."
Riiiight.
Joe claims that federal officials have taken more than $100 million in cash accounts from him on Tuesday and forcing him to file for bankruptcy.
$100 million in cash accounts?!
That's a lotta soft core sold and more taxes that haven't been paid!
Enjoy the poor house, Joe! You deserve it!

Well, that's mature!
After learning that he was not a beneficiary in the will of longtime love Farrah Fawcett, Ryan O'Neal is putting his best lying foot forward despite the circumstances.
"Farrah's and my relationship was based on a deep love and respect for one another and for our son Redmond," said O'Neal. "After discussing how her financial affairs would be handled in the event of her passing, we agreed that our son Redmond would be the primary beneficiary of her estate. These were Farrah's wishes and I am perfectly happy with them."
That would be great, but she didn't just leave her son the $$$$$$! Besides Redmond's $4.5 million, Farrah gave $500,000 to her father and nephew AND $100,000 to her ex-boyfriend, Greg Lott!
Above all, Ryan hopes "everyone will remember and celebrate the legacy that Farrah left behind, and will now let her rest in peace."
We think he's got a lawyer up his sleeve!!!

When will musicians learn to stop ripping off other artists? Will.I.Am needs to learn this lesson well.
As we've mentioned before, Will's been accused several times of ripping off music from other artists.
One of the recent accusations deals with a song by musician Adam Freeland titled Mancry, which somehow had a piece of it ending up in Will.I.Am and the Black Eyed Peas' song Party All The Time
You can check out the "sampling" of Mancry in the BEP's song HERE.
According to reports, BEP member and producer Will.I.Am was at an event last year where Freeland performed this song in question.
But good news for Freeland. The musician has settled with repeated song plagiarizer Will.I.Am and the Black Eyed Peas.
Freeland posted the following message on his Facebook page today, stating "Just settled w/ Black eyes Peas who ripped off Mancry. If you see me in the next wk say 'Party all the time' I'll buy you a beer. Woo hoop!"
Looks like they paid him out a large amount for stealing his music!
Congrats to Freeland.

Super sketch!!!!
During their weekend tryst - which Jon denied took place - Kate Major got to work on more than Jon's wang! She managed to secure her future with the help of a clueless and desperate Jon Gosselin.
The douchey dad signed a secret contract written in chicken scratch, hiring Kate Major as his personal assistant and promising to pay her a portion of his profits as long as she remained mum on their relationship.
The document, dated July 28, 2009, reads:
"I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant handling some but not all future accounts. She will be a sub-contractor. She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."
And considering Major is supposed to give a deposition in his case with TLC, he is effed!!!!
She promised in writing to "run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work," but so long contract!!!
And hello, lawsuit!!!!!
Breach of contract and fraud sound about right!
Ha!

Always so much dramz with the Jacksons!
Janet Jackson's latest album, Number Ones, was released yesterday and sources close to Janet confirm to us that the estate of her late brother Michael Jackson is challenging her rights to a particular lyric in the song Make Me.
The lyric up for debate reads "Don't stop ’til you get it up," which the Estate is claiming could be too similar to Michael's song Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough.
Janet's camp has yet to publicly respond to the claim.
We think this is kinda ridiculous!
We're pretty certain Michael would have no qualms about his sister's lyrics, even if they were meant as a nod to his song.
What do U think?

Early in the summer Elisabeth Hasselbeck was sued for plagiarism after publishing her book, The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide.
Self-published author Susan Hassett sent Elisabeth a copy of her book about living with celiac disease in April 2008 and she claimed that Hasselbeck lifted significant passages from her book to include in The G-Free Diet.
The case was dismissed by a judge last week after Hassett's lawyer was late in turning in some paperwork pertaining to the case. The judge did admit that some of Hassett's work was put into Hasselbeck's book, but not enough to warrant damages.
Somehow we think if Hassett has a better lawyer, the outcome would have changed!
Lucky break for Hasselbeck!
