After it was discovered that the Walmart employee was at fault for the crash due to speeding, the McNair family won a settlement from the company.
While the settlement figure wasn't disclosed, McNair's loved ones are happy with the outcome.

Kristyn's history with Mark is the reason why she feels he shouldn't receive a pardon for attacking a Vietnamese man in 1988.
As we reported, the reality TV personality's brood was unable to visit her the first weekend in jail because her daughters had hectic schedules, and her husband Joe Giudice — a co-defendant on her case — didn't have the necessary clearance.

Last week, model Chloe Goins claimed that she was drugged and assaulted by Bill Cosby in 2008 at the Midsummer Night's Party at the Playboy Mansion.
Well, Cosby's lawyer Martin Singer said those claims are false and that there's documentation to prove Cosby was in New York and not Los Angeles when the alleged assault took place.
