We like a girl who follows through with her bets.

Maria Menounos was forced to rock a New York Giants bikini in the chilly streets of NYC on Monday after she bet Extra correspondent AJ Calloway that the New England Patriots would emerge victorious at this year's Super Bowl.

Although the Pats didn't live up to her expectations, we appreciate her team spirit. We're willing to bet lots of other people did too when they saw the gorgeous brunette co-hosting Extra in nothing more than a teeny bikini, alongside a bundled up Mario Lopez.

The real winner of this bet was definitely the Extra viewers because they got to feast their eyes one of the best bodies working in television today. It's a shame Mario didn't place his bet on the Patriots too! LOL!

Maria Menounos was snapped in Miami sporting a sexxay bikini and tossing a footbal around with her beau, Kevin Undergaro. She also had time to catch some sun too.

After the beach time, Maria got into the water and started to sizzle!

Looks like Miami is being kind to Maria!

Aww! We love to see celebs being active, but it's even better when they do it for such a great cause!

Maria Menounos ran the Dodge Rock 'N' Roll L.A. Half Marathon on Sunday to benefit the ASPCA.

She posed with several adorable animals before beginning the race and eventually crossing the finish line with a smile on her face.

The unique road race combined music and fitness by not only offering live bands on stage every mile of the race, but a post-race concert for all participants!

The Special Olympics World Games 2011 is being held in Greece, at the Kallimarmaron Panthinaikon Olympic Stadium, where the first olympics of the modern era was located!

We absolutely LOVE seeing support for these games, and this year was no exception! In attendance was Maria Menounos, Maria Shriver, Stevie Wonder, and Venessa Williams!

Menounos presented a dedication to the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver, founder of Special Olympics and introduced the 2011 Special Olympics Global Messengers. Stevie and Venessa were also a part of the opening ceremonies.

Here's what else Maria did:

While in Athens, Menounos spent time with the athletes, Global Messengers, and volunteers. She participated in the official Special Olympics press conference, moderated a Special Olympics Conversation Series “How Do We Tell Special Olympics Story” and took in the games.

What a fantastic thing to do, and what a wonderful way to show your support to these very important and inspiring games!

We DEF wish that more celebs would help out, because this is such a worthy cause!

Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos is working on a cookbook… with her mom!

Said Maria:

"My mother and I are collaborating on a cookbook. Together my mother and I have come up with many recipes for healthy, delicious food using fresh vegetables and fruits and we want to share them with everyone! We're very excited about working together on this book. We're already very involved and it's coming along well."

The book will be filled with recipes like chicken wrapped in eggplant, black bean and mango salad, stuffed chicken, lentil soup, stuffed tomatoes, pizza salad and stuffed artichokes.

Um, yes please!!
