Lindsay Lohan just loooooOOOoooves going to court, doesn't she?

In a new case where she's actually the plaintiff rather than the defendant, LiLo is suing the 6126 Collection, the company she "designed" expensive leggings for, over claims that she owns the "6126" trademark.

The numbers stand for 06-01-1926, the day Marilyn Monroe was born, which Lindsay has always said she felt a close connection to.

She launched the collection back in 2008 with her business partner Kristi Kaylor, but due to Lindsay's busy filming schedule it's been inactive since 2010.

One of Lohan's lawyers is expected to officially file the $1.1 million lawsuit in a federal court today.

Oh goody, another court case for Lindsay. It must be Thursday.

She's totes sorry, LiLo!

Megan Fox didn't mean your career was destined to follow the same ill-fated trajectory as Marilyn Monroe's, she swears!

Megan just issued an apology of sorts on Facebook today after ripping Lindsay Lohan a new bunghole in the most recent issue of Esquire.

The Transformers starlet said:

"[T]here is a reference that is made to Lindsay Lohan that I would like to clarify before it snowballs into something silly… I attempted to draw parallels between Lindsay and Marilyn in order to illustrate my point that while Marilyn may be an icon now, sadly she was not respected and taken seriously while she was still living.

Both women were gifted actresses, whose natural talent was lost amongst the chaos and incessant media scrutiny surrounding their lifestyles and their difficulties adhering to studio schedules etc… It was most definitely not my intention to criticize or degrade Lindsay.

I would never want her to feel bullied, as she does not deserve that… this miscommunication is my fault."

Aww, Megan's words certainly appeared heartfelt!

Still, she might have to do more backtracking than that after calling LiLo unreliable AND uninsurable!!

With all this legal dramz, though, we wonder if Lindsay even had time to read the article!!

It's just not a good day for LiLo!

We can always count on Megan Fox to give us her honest opinion…

Megan used to be OBSESSED with Marilyn Monroe, but she now has taken the late actress off her arm and off her heavenly pedestal!!

The This Is 40 actress removed a gigantic tattoo of her former idol after reading more about the woman and compares the starlet's downward spiral to our very own Lindsay Lohan!

Foxy told Esquire Magazine:

“I started reading about [Marilyn] and realized that her life was incredibly difficult. It’s like when you visualize something for your future. I didn’t want to visualize something so negative….She was sort of like Lindsay. She was an actress who wasn’t reliable, who almost wasn’t insurable….She had all of the potential in the world, and it was squandered. I’m not interested in following in those footsteps.”

OUCH!!!!

That's harsh, but also completely valid now that we think about it.

Hopefully LiLo won't get insulted by Megan's simple observation and take it as a SERIOUS cautionary tale!
