Hmm... Where have we heard this before...
Stay woke, Lambs.
While Mimi herself thinks Dick Clark Productions is to blame — having accused the veteran production team of "sabotaging" her performance — her ex Nick Cannon also believes some entity had purposely "foiled" the music icon.
But unlike the diva, the America's Got Talent host thinks the Times Square technical issue goes all the way to the top — as in, the federal government!
On Monday's Ellen, Cannon, a self-proclaimed conspiracy theorist, said he thought the government "set [Mariah] up" for a disastrous performance, quipping:
On Thursday, MiMi spent quality time with her ex Nick Cannon, his mom Beth Gardner, and their twins Monroe and Moroccan.
And despite having a rocky start to her 2017, Miz Carey was all smiles for the family dinner. The masters at co-parenting seemed to truly enjoy themselves as they both took to Instagram to share a shot (above) from the group outing.
The All That alum, who has been dealing with some health struggles lately, wrote:
Wow! That's a LOT of blood!
But, on Thursday night, the Wild 'N Out personality took to Instagram to reveal he was finally free!
The actor shared a video of himself after he "broke out" of the facility, exclaiming:
"By his stripes I am healed! Ain't no hospital bed that can hold me!"
The 36-year-old told his 1.8 million followers that he had a TON of transfusions while at Cedars, saying:
"Five blood transfusions, what? Naw, it ain't nothing. Let's go."
And in the vid's caption, the America's Got Talent host explained he had been at the hospital for two weeks, and joked about his release, writing:
Despite his health struggles, Nick Cannon is ready to take 2017 by storm.
On Wednesday, the All That alum took to Instagram to give his fans an update on how he was doing after spending his holiday in the hospital. As we previously reported, the 36-year-old was stuck in the hospital on Christmas due to complications stemming from his lupus disease.
Nonetheless, Nick's spirit has yet to be broken as he posted:
Nick Cannon has new plans for the holidays, and unfortunately, they involve spending time in the hospital.
The America's Got Talent host posted an update about his health to Instagram on Thursday where he revealed he's been hospitalized for a few days already due to his battle with lupus.
As we're previously reported, the 36-year-old has been open about his diagnosis with the autoimmune disease and his previous hospitalizations.
This time, the expecting poppa shared a pic of himself from his hospital bed, writing:
Sorry, Bryan… they belong together!
Sure, sharing a pair of precious little babes probably helps with their bond, but you can't deny Mimi and Nicky's OTP-ness.
But just in case you want even more of the Carey-Cannons, Nick surprised Mariah over the weekend by popping up onstage with twins Moroccan and Monroe during her concert at the Beacon Theater in New York City on Friday night!
Who knows? We could totally see Roc and Roe having a show of their own one day!!
Ch-ch-check out Mariah, Monroe, Moroccan, & Nick's adorable family photo (below)!!!
While playing Plead The Fifth, MiMi masterfully dodged questions (above) about ex-fiancé James Packer and new beau Bryan Tanaka. However, the We Belong Together singer threw some shots at Miz Lovato when asked about the Confident singer's controversial comments about her from last summer.
As you may recall, the 24-year-old famously called out the diva for her treatment of Jennifer Lopez. Carey, to this day, claims she "doesn't know" J.Lo — despite the Selena star's insistence that they've met many times. Awkward.
In regards to Demi's shade, Nick Cannon's ex clapped back:
