Thank goodness! It sounded so scary!

Despite reports that Nicole Scherzinger was held at gunpoint with choreographer Brian Friedman while the pair were shooting her music video for Try With Me in Mexico, PerezHilton.com has gotten word that this is NOT the case at all!

According to sources, there was no local gang, but merely a car in their fleet was pulled over by authorities, who of course, were armed, but at no point did law enforcement ever point a weapon at anyone! In fact, the car wasn't even given a citation!

Obviously, whatever was said originally was taken out of context, and we're glad the trip wasn't nearly as dramatic or dangerous as we originally thought!

We certainly aren't always a fan of her decisions - or lack thereof - as a judge, but there's no denying that Nicole Scherzinger knows how to bring the effing house down!

It's been tough times for Nicole Scherzinger lately!

Earlier this month, Scherzy was getting death threats over Drew Ryniewicz's vote-off from X Factor!

Then, people were PISSED after Nicole's controversial X Factor decision regarding Rachel Crow.

NOW, we're hearing that Nicole was held up AT GUNPOINT while on the set of her new music video for Try with Me in Mexico!

As we reported yesterday, Nicole Scherzinger was invited to perform at the Royal Variety Performance as part of a tribute to the longest running Broadway show in history, The Phantom Of The Opera.

Along with four of the most acclaimed Phantoms - Simon Bowman, Earl Carpenter,John Owen-Jones and the yummy Ramin Karimloo - she performed the title track from the musical and we'll give her credit, she performed it WELL!

Long ago, it seems so long ago, how young and innocent we were, when Phantom of The Opera premiere on the Broadway scene. It was 25 years ago, to be exact, and to celebrate, a special rendition of the title number was performed at this year’s Royal Variety Performance. Four of the most acclaimed Phantoms - Simon Bowman, Earl Carpenter, Ramin Karimloo and John Owen-Jones - performed the number in unison for the event, with X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger stepping in to be their Christine.

The gala event was actually last week, but it was recorded in order to share the glorious evening with the world via ITV tonight!

Oooh! We wanna see! We wanna see!

Nicole Scherzinger doesn't regret putting Marcus Canty and Rachel Crow into a deadlock on Thursday night's episode of X Factor.

After she couldn't make a decision between the contestant who had been in the bottom two three weeks in a row and Rachel, she left it up to America decide.

Surely, SURELY, she figured America's votes would send Marcus home but this was just a way to let him go without her having to be the bad guy.

But instead, Rachel ended up being the one to get the boot. And it was DEVASTATING!
