Rob Lowe is ridiculously handsome, ridiculously charming, and he SURFS!
What else could we want in an imaginary boyfriend? LOLz!
Rob was spotted in Hawaii looking damn good in his wet board shorts and t-shirt, carrying a surfboard that might or might not have its own zip code. That thing is huuuuuuge!
The cool thing is that Rob knows how to handle such big things — especially when they're wet and he's riding them!
Hope vacay is fun fun, Rob!

Rob Lowe is a handsome man and a talented actor, and he also likes to stay active!
Sometimes when it comes to life, you can sometimes get bogged down with everything and find yourself in a rut. That's why Rob teamed up with InsideHook — between his wife, kids, job, and endless packed schedule, he can rarely find time for himself. So, he's going to be showing the world some amazingly cool things you can do that are out of the ordinary, and will help you reclaim that 'me-time!'
First up was a jetpack! We're not kidding!
Rob donned a water jetpack and proceeded to experience pure and concentrated joy — we've never seen him so happy!
The best part is that this isn't a happiness of being just in the moment, but a happiness with his whole life. His wife/kids/job are NOT bad things at all, and he appreciates every one of them. His life is already incredible, but when you add a jetpack into the mix…
You get a grin like the one (above)!

How does Rob Lowe prepare for the Super Bowl??
By taking off his shirt and hitting the surf!
That's what Rob was spotted doing on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday.
He was snapped while carrying his surfboard along the sandy shores of Malibu.
Rob and a buddy must've wanted to get a nice workout in before chowing down on some Super Bowl snacks.
We bet he makes being physically active a part of his daily routine! How else would he get a bod like his??
Look at those sexy pecs! Must help him paddle out deep so he can roll in on some sweet swells!
Keep up that fitness, Rob!

Rob Lowe and his sons Matthew and Johnowen went out for a skiing trip with a special guest.
Who was it?
It was Patrick Schwarzenegger!!!
We were so sad to hear that Robin Roberts has MDS, a rare blood and bone-marrow disorder, when she made the announcement on GMA yesterday.
Luckily, though, it caused an outpour of support that helped her, 'sleep like a baby'

While appearing on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight, Rob Lowe opened up about his hard-partying past and his rehabilitation experience over 20 years ago, calling rehab:
"One of the most exhilarating, liberating and exciting four weeks of my life. Scary yes… but unquantifiable relief."
The actor continued to explain that while he loved rehab, it was only because he was READY to go, saying:
"It was great. I loved it. Because I was ready. Problem is, people go into rehab and they're not ready. You want to get sober for your parents, you want to get sober for your job, you want to get sober for the cops, you want to get sober to protect your image. A lot of good reasons, by the way, but unfortunately, the only thing that works is that you have to want to get sober for you. So, I was ready. And so if they told me, 'Hey, Lowe, you've got to go stand in the corner on your head,' I would have done it."
Absolutely! Addicts must be willing to help themselves before they can allow themselves to be helped. Unfortunately, his friend Charlie Sheen isn't at that point yet, but Rob insists:
"He's wrong… You don't get to do it your way. You don't get to make up your own special rules. We have a name for people like that. Those are people who suffer from terminal uniqueness. You don't get to do it your way."
Right on, Rob! Let's hope some of your rational thoughts creep into Charlie's irrational brain some day soon.
