Robin Thicke News Archive
Hold the strippers and coke!!!
On Sunday, the performer hosted a luau-themed bash at his Malibu home with an all star guest list including Adrien Brody, Russell Simmons, Angelica Bridges, Orlando Bloom — and, of course, Robin's lady love April Love Geary!
But the celebratory event wasn't just fun for the adults — there were plenty of kid-friendly activities for the singer's son Julian along with his cousins and friends!
The party was lit with a magic show, 2-story water slide, petting zoo, mechanical shark, face painting, and hula dancers! (Hey, the grownups need some enjoyment, too!)
Thicke's ex-wife reportedly did not attend, but we're sure she was happy her 6-year-old son had some age appropriate fun. And it looks like Robin did as well!
The singer shared some cute snaps of the bash on Instagram of Julian and his buds getting thrashed around by the mechanical shark. Check it out (below)!
Paula Patton's Nanny Had To Use That Restraining Order Against Robin Thicke To Protect Their Son Julian!
The Baggage Claim star's nanny told a 911 dispatcher her son Julian was emotionally distraught ahead of every visit from his father.
In fact, the 6-year-old got so worked up, police had to be called during a recent scheduled visit from the Blurred Lines singer — who is being investigated for using excessive physical abuse on the boy.
On the call, Patton's nanny said Julian was sitting in his mother's car at a Malibu park, unwilling to take a visit with his dad, who was waiting close by.
After noting they had a restraining order against the performer, the nanny explained how the child would stress out any time a visit from his dad loomed.
This is particularly unsettling, given how Patton recently dropped the custody battle just to figure out what was going on psychologically with the young boy amid the couple's contentious split.
Though the couple is working out a custody agreement, Robin has alleged that Paula had been driving a wedge between him and Julian, and is guilty of emotional abuse.
But this 911 phone call tells a much different story — click HERE to take a listen!
The "he said, she said" drama continues!!
As we reported earlier this month, Robin Thicke suffered a major loss in his custody battle with ex-wife Paula Patton when a judge denied the performer more visitation, limited his unsupervised visits, and decided that an "impartial monitor" was needed whenever he and his six-year-old son Julian were together.
Well, when it comes to that "impartial monitor," Patton is accusing her ex-husband of funny business!
Recently, the Hitch actress filed new documents claiming
Sucks to be Robin Thicke right now.
Amid his custody battle with ex-wife Paula Patton for their son Julian, a judge decided on Wednesday to deny the performer more visitation, unsupervised visits, and a more "impartial monitor" for his visits with the six-year-old.
The Blurred Lines singer went to court with claims he was cheated of time with his kiddo because of a partial monitor. According to the Daily News, Thicke confessed in a sworn statement:
"There is no need for a monitor. I have never done anything to harm Julian, and I never would. [Julian's] health, safety and well-being are more important than my own. I love him very much, and I am a good father to him."
The 39-year-old also added his last visit with Julian on January 27 went well, saying:
We can't imagine how Carter Thicke feels right now.
As we previously reported, the 19-year-old was playing hockey with his father Alan Thicke at an ice skating rink in Burbank, California when the famous TV dad suffered a sudden heart attack.
The Growing Pains star later died at the hospital at 69 years old. But Carter initially thought his dad would pull through due to his characteristically sunny disposition.
The teen recalled the harrowing experience in a new interview with ET, admitting he thought his dad would recover once they got to the hospital. He explained:
"The ambulance came and the paramedics had stabilized him and everything seemed fine."
Carter recounted his last words to his father, who was just as perfect of a parent IRL as he was on TV, adding:
Robin Thicke might not be getting the Father Of The Year award in 2017.
Following the rumors that Paula Patton is no longer seeking sole custody of her son with the Blurred Lines singer, reports revealed the A-lister has seen young Julian ONLY ONCE! Oof.
While two sources have confirmed Robin's Friday meet up with his six-year-old, it appears as though there are different accounts going around town about the type of father Thicke is. Sucks for the industry vet!
