It's not every day that you see country musicians doing the dougie, but that's exactly what we got at the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards!
Ch-ch-check out the star-studded opening (above)!
The song sticks to it's country roots with lyrics about chewing tobacco and hangin' out at the honky-tonk, but things get a little weird when the boys try to show off their
lack of rapping skillz!
That's right! Blake and Sheryl spit some rhymes about being "backwoods legit" and not knowing how to do the dougie, which Luke definitely proves with his awkward dance moves!
Overall, the song was actually a pretty awesome way to open the show, but maybe next time they should keep the rapping to a minimum! LOLz!
The All I Wanna Do singer will reign forth this fourth season of the show, and we for one are going NUTS with anticipation to hear this icon's thoughts and tips on how to make it as a singer!!!
Announcing the news, Crow said:
THAT is a deal!
Forget BoGo! When you buy one of Sheryl Crow's Hollywood homes you get two FREE!
For the low, low price of $15.4 million smackers, YOU can own all three houses located on the singer's estate in the Hollywood Hills.
Here's all you'd be getting:
We've got three words for ya:
The Queen of New York herself, the embodiment of one Carrie Bradshaw, made her Glee debut last night and soft-shoed her way back into our hearts with a blast from the past!
As we might have already mentioned, SJP was once a charming, red-headed orphan on the Great White Way and her first performance on Glee was a bit of an homage to her first time on Broadway. Joined by Lea Michele and Chris Colfer, the trio sang, danced and laughed their way through a spectacular mashup of You're Never Fully Dressed and The Way You Look Tonight. PERFECTION! The rewind button didn't even mind that we were wearing it out!
Of course, we can't forget our beautiful Darren Criss, who made us giggle and sigh through a splendiforous cover of Tears For Fears. In fact, we could think of no better way to kick of an episode than with Blaine singing a solo! (Write that down, Ryan!) Check out that marvelous performance, as well as two others … AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Ah! Alas, Gleeks! Mondays suddenly aren’t so bad afterall, now are they?!
Take a listen to the trio’s mash-up of The Way You Look Tonight and You’re Never Fully Dressed (above)!!!
But that’s not all we have for you, Perezcious readers! You are definitely going to want to hear Darren Criss’ cover of, Everybody Wants To Rule The World, as well as Heather Morris and Chord Overstreet getting badass with Celebrity Skin!
Oh, and guess who also is doing a duet together?! Lea and newbie hottie Dean Geyer! They paired up on Sheryl Crow’s A Change Would Do You Good!!!
Prepare your earbuds for ALL of these tracks… AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Katie is a hit!
Katie Couric's new daytime kiki hour debuted on Monday afternoon to the genre's strongest ratings in a decade!
With Jessica Simpson and Sheryl Crow's help, the premiere garnered a 2.8 household rating, which easily crushed Steve Harvey by 87%, Jeff Probst by 150% and (we're a little sad about this next one) Ricki Lake by 250%!
No love for Ricki? We were SO excited for her return to television and really thought more people would be too!
We totally understand and are not surprised by Couric's success, but how is an established icon of daytime talk being beaten by the host of Family Feud and Survivor???

Katie Couric's daytime talk show Katie premieres in ABC on September 10 and she's got LOTS of big names lining up to talk to her.
Jessica Simpson — a fashion designer, mom AND Weight Watchers spokeswoman — will be appearing on the show's premiere to discuss the challenges of balancing her body image and career during motherhood. Sheryl Crow, on the other hand, will be stopping by to talk about entering the next phase of her life as a single, 50-year-old mom, which is something we're SURE Couric will have a lot to kiki about!
That's just the start of a very strong guest list too. The former CBS Evening News anchor will be joined by
