Hillary Clinton Says Donald Trump 'Doesn't Have Any Empathy' When Discussing His Divisive Response To The NYC Terror Attack

Hillary Clinton

Hi, Hillary Clinton. We miss you.

The politician stopped by the The Daily Show on Wednesday, where she discussed Donald Trump's controversial response to the NYC terrorist attack this week, among other shortcomings of this presidency.

She told Trevor Noah:

"What you want in a president, is [someone who will try] to bring a country together, talk about what happened with the event they're concerned about but not point fingers, not scapegoat and not try to set Americans against each other."

Clinton went on:

"He just doesn't have any empathy. You can disagree with someone over all kinds of partisan issues, but you want a president who can try to put himself into the shoes, the feelings of someone else, and he has not been able to do that."

Hear, hear.

Kimmel, for instance, said in his opener:

"This morning, our president woke up and asked his staff, ‘Now that this hurricane is over, what is something horrible I can do to distract people from the Russia investigation?' Someone said, ‘You know, there are 800,000 innocent kids you can deport for no good reason.' And he said ‘Done and done!'"

The Daily Show's Michelle Wolf Says We're All Being Duped By Ivanka Trump Because She's 'Kind Of Pretty'!

Ivanka Trump once again proved she was all talk in being a champion for working women this week, and The Daily Show's Michelle Wolf is here to say, "well… duh."

This week, the First Daughter stood by the White House's decision to halt an Obama-era policy that allows the government to track pay discrimination based on gender, race, and ethnicity.

Trevor Noah echoed many who were disappointed with Ivanka for treating equal pay "the way Rose treated Jack [in Titanic], I'll never let go, pay equality… OK, bye-bye."

But the Comedy Central show's resident Ivanka expert isn't surprised one bit — because despite what we like to believe, Vank is just as crooked as the rest of the Trump family!

Wolf explained that the businesswoman is "playing both sides" — publicly opposing Donald Trump's controversial initiatives but doing nothing to stop them — and, unlike her brothers, gets away with it because she doesn't look like your average Trump sleaze-ball.

Now it all makes sense! Watch the video (below) for Wolf's trick on how not to be duped by the First Daughter in the future.

After meeting Anthony Scaramucci last month, we couldn't wait for all the shenanigans the My Cousin Vinny of White House communications directors would bring to the political media!

But when Donald Trump recasted fired the human pastrami just 10 days after naming his new title, late night hosts — and all of us, really — were forced to say goodbye to the Mooch long before they wanted to.

On The Daily Show, Trevor Noah likened Scaramucci's short White House stint to the "song of the summer," pointing out he "made everyone obsessed with him for, like, a week… then he left us with nothing but memories and, like, a bunch of weird moves."

Of course, Seth Meyers went off on the staff shake up on Late Night, noting that Scaramucci's firing wasn't nearly as embarrassing as Reince Priebus'.

But the best sendoff came from Stephen Colbert, who gave the Mooch a musical tribute with a new rendition of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody that will truly send shivers down your spine.

Say goodbye to Moochie by watching the funny clips (below)!
