Will Arnett Admits To Relapsing On His Sobriety… Find Out How He's Doing Today

We really respect Will Arnett's honesty.

Just a weeks before Will's new Netflix comedy Flaked is to premiere, the actor opened up about his struggles with alcohol dependency. Apparently the comedian has battled his alcoholism ever since he split from Amy Poehler back in 2009.

While Arnett was able to curb his vice for a few years, he admitted to recently lapsing during a "difficult period" in his life. Considering the father of two has made some questionable career choices since Arrested Development and has been unlucky in love, we understand why he'd feel this way.

To make matters even more interesting, W.A. explained that he role in Flaked (he plays a alcoholic pretending to be sober), mirrored his life way too closely:

"It became this tough, uncomfortable process. And because I was putting a lot of stuff about my own life in there, I noticed it really starting to affect my mood and my behavior. As I was writing all this sh*t and I start shooting it, I started getting confused about where I was at. Hardly anybody knows this, but I started drinking again."

Wow. What a shocking admission.

Luckily for Will he's back in meetings and is now a few months sober:

"I described it at a meeting recently like a whistle off in the distance for a train you know is coming for you. It was a bummer, but it happens. And for me, it happened as easily as it had[the first time: It was right there. I was filled with shame."

The best part about the funny man's path back to sobriety is that it was motivated by his two adorable sons:

"I just know where this path goes, and it's a dead end. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but I'm smart enough to know that this is not where I want to live. And I'm a dad now, a parent first and foremost."

So true! You always have to be their for your kids!

Congrats on your newfound sobriety Mr. Arnett and we hope you stay on track!

They're the heroes Gotham deserves!

Batman is arguably the most iconic comic book character in all of TV and film history, so we think the fact that Tuesday marks the TV show's 50th anniversary is a pretty huge deal.

That's right — Batman, starring Adam West and Burt Ward as Robin got its start all the way back on January 12, 1966, and that's just the beginning of the DC Comics character's onscreen presence.

Hotties like George Clooney, Christian Bale, and Will Arnett have all portrayed the Caped Crusader recently, but we're personally most excited to see Ben Affleck's turn as Bruce Wayne in Batman v Superman this March!

So just how many high-profile actors have actually taken flight as The Bat??

Another Romance Rumor Squashed! Will Arnett & Courteney Cox Are NOT Dating!

| Filed under: SIGHtingLove LineCourteney CoxBestiezWill Arnett

Awwww, bummer.

Oh, well.

On Tuesday, Courteney Cox and Will Arnett were spotted grabbing a bite to eat together at The Palm in Beverly Hills, and naturally everyone figured they were taking their friendship to the next level!

But sadly, Perezcious readers, that dinner date was only a platonic one, because a source said that actors are "just friends."

We guess that makes sense. After all, the two have been close for quite a while.

But tt seems the media just really wants the Cougar Town alum to find love, now that she and former fiancé Johnny McDaid have called off their engagement.

First, romance rumors ran rampant after sources claimed the 51-year-old and her Friends costar Matthew Perry were "hooking up," which caused fans of the show to go crazy thinking Monica and Chandler were together off-screen too.

They weren't.

And this time, reports were also quick to assume the brunette beauty and the Arrested Development star were seeing each other.

Can you blame them, though?

We want the newly-single stunner to be happy once and for all! And both of these guys would have been a great catch, TBH.

However, it seems these relationships aren't romantic at all.

Hold The Phone! Are Things Heating Up Between Courteney Cox & Will Arnett?!

| Filed under: SIGHtingLove LineCourteney CoxWill Arnett

Could it be?!

Another night, another rumor.

On Tuesday, Courteney Cox grabbed dinner with Will Arnett, causing us to wonder if some sparks are flying between these two!

And now that we know the 51-year-old and Matthew Perry are just Friends, we totally approve of this potential pairing!

The brunette beauty and the Arrested Development alum showed up to The Palm together in Beverly Hills, where they ate.

By the time she was ready to leave, the Cougar Town star surfaced alone and hopped into a big, black car. The SUV began to pull away, only to stop a few yards down the street.

Amy Poehler's ex then exited the establishment.

At first, he began to head towards the vehicle, but then booked it back into the restaurant. Sources say the 45-year-old eventually caught an Uber.

We wouldn't be surprised if these two actors are hooking up. After all, Courteney just recently called off her engagement with Johnny McDaid, and Will split from girlfriend Arielle Vandenberg back in June.

However, these celebs have been friends for a long time, so it's possible this meet-up was purely platonic. Or maybe they decided to finally throw some benefits into the mix.

What do U think?
