If there is one thing we never expected Winona Ryder to say, it's "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!" — because we all know how that turns out!!

If there's another topic we thought would be taboo, however, it was the 41-year-old thespian's trouble with the law!

And we were wrong!!

The Black Swan starlet spoke candidly in Interview's May issue. She was neither shy about her 2001 shoplifting scandal nor the incidents in her life that led her there!

Winona revealed:

Winona Ryder has been a movie star for 20 years. She was an international sex symbol.

Her name was tattooed on Johnny Depp for pete's sake!

But when she first started acting in her teens, the Iceman star was given the cold shoulder by casting directors! She says:

It's like Bram Stroker's Dracula all over again!

Except, it's actually 21 years later and Winona Ryder looks exactly the same!

The woman just DOES NOT age!!

Proving that she clearly is drinking vampire's blood, Wino is a dark and delectable princess for Interview magazine's May issue.

Wearing dark red lips, long black gloves, and silky fabrics from Lanvin, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs, Winona shows off her familiar dark side that we love so well in the spread (below).

She will always remain a gorgeous timeless vixen! Can't wait to see what Winona has in store for us in the next 20 years!

"There's a scene [in the 1990 film Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael] in my bedroom where I start eating Almond Roca. I was so young. It was before I knew the tricks of moviemaking, and I didn't know you shoot a lot of different angles. I gobbled them and didn't realize I had to keep doing it. So I had to eat 64 Almond Roca that day. I got so sick. In the beginning you're like, 'Ooh, that looks good.' But hours later, no."

Winona Ryder is thieving again!!!

The 41-year-old actress STOLE our breath away strutting her sweet stuff on the red carpet for her new flick, The Iceman!!

The charming former klepto also nabbed a sweet embrace with co-star James Franco!! The duo looked sooo darn cute together at yesterday's NYC premiere that we can't help but wonder whether she stole his heart, too!

We're just soooo happy the Edward Scissorhands starlet is shimmering once again on the silver screen!

Congratz on your comeback, gurl (interrupted)!

There's that unamused face we love!

Winona Ryder looked rather regal Monday night at the El Lay premiere of The Iceman.

Our favorite Wino hit the red carpet in a velvet oxblood dress decorated with floral embroidery and simple black pumps.

To complete her look, Winona accessorized with beautiful emerald jewels, a black clutch and a teased ponytail.

She's usually a hit or miss on the red carpet, but this time she really got it right!

There's been quite a few unexpected surprises throughout the Broadway production of Orphans!

But thankfully, we're relieved to see that unlike the others, this one is actually pleasant!

During the opening night of the Alec Baldwin and Shia LaBeouf Ben Foster-starring play, held at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, the rarely-seen Winona Ryder made an appearance on the red carpet!
