In an effort to entice viewers back into the world of American Idol, producers have decided to bring superstar alum Jennifer Hudson on board as a judge!

Multiple sources have confirmed that she has signed on for Season 13, which airs this Fall.

Kelly Clarkson is reportedly very close to signing on as well, with the third spot being reserved for either Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken.

67 year-old actor Tim Curry is currently recovering after he collapsed at his Los Angeles home due to a major stroke last night!

There aren't too many details yet on what caused the scary incident, but his longtime agent Marcia Hurwitz says he's doing just fine:
