Or, you know, it's totally short for Lowry???
One person pretty much said the same:
"Ok so ppl are saying "baby Lo" because of Lopez… but lets not forget same way her last name is LOwery pfft.."
Others were quick to guess on the gender, with most deciding that it's a girl based on how the Teen Mom star is carrying and also based on a pink baby emoji.
Well, we're glad people are keeping themselves entertained and busy with all this guesswork!

Mantenuto was one of a number of young, first-time film actors to star in the 2004 retelling of the U.S. Hockey Team's 1980 "Miracle on Ice" game against a much stronger Russian team, playing real-life Olympic star Jack O'Callahan. He was only 22 at the time.
He went on to act in a movie called Dirtbags and Matthew McConaughey's Surfer, Dude before leaving acting to join the army, ending up in the esteemed Special Forces.
Such a tragic, shocking end to his story.

Ardi Rizal is now living a life free of addiction.
The 9-year-old Indonesian boy became a viral sensation back in 2010 when he was just a tricycle-riding, cig-puffing 2-year-old with a habit of smoking two packs a day (pictured above).

According to reports, the boy then developed a food addiction and, by the age of 5, weighed 53 pounds — 13 pounds heavier than the recommended weight for a child his age.
