Former NFL star Kellen Winslow Jr. is facing multiple serious criminal charges — including two counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape, and two counts of forcible rape — after being arrested in San Diego County, California earlier today.

This is the second time in less than a week that Winslow Jr. has been arrested; days ago, he was detained by police after being accused of breaking into a home in a mobile home park near San Diego.

He was eventually arrested and charged with felony burglary in that case, and later released. But that's nothing compared to the severe, scary allegations being levied against Winslow now.

Kim Kardashian Sounds Seriously Committed To Prison Reform

You know what? Good for Kim Kardashian West.

It's easy for everyone to shit on celebs for taking up a cause or attaching their name to something, but Kim has given a lot of attention towards prison reform that otherwise wouldn't have been there recently (like the attention of Donald Trump, who as we've seen, has the power to do good if he so chooses.)

So when Kim worked on behalf of Alice Marie Johnson in search of some respite for the woman's unusually long prison sentence as a non-violent offender, that wasn't a one-time thing for the KUWTK star!

Ch-ch-check out the video interview (above) where Kim discusses her advocacy and the plans she has in the future to bring together a team of experts who are able to really create policy changes that will help usher in a new era for incarceration.

Good. For. Her!! Thinking good thoughts that this snowballs and turns into an incredible social movement!!

Abby Lee Miller's back is back in business!!

The Dance Moms star underwent emergency surgery on her spinal cord at 1 a.m. Tuesday following her recent release from prison.

According to Extra, orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Hooman Melamed treated the reality star after she had been complaining of back pain for a couple of weeks.

An MRI showed that the 51-year-old had an infection in her spine and required immediate surgery. If the mass had not been removed, the doctor said it could have led to paralysis or even death.

'Affluenza Teen' Ethan Couch Released From Jail After Serving 2 Years

Ethan Couch was released from a Tarrant County, Texas jail on Monday after serving nearly two years for a revoked probation. The 20-year-old, who is reportedly no longer an insufferable brat, will be issued a court-ordered ankle monitor at the probation office.

Couch's release comes almost five years after he struck and killed four people in a drunken car wreck in June 2013. At his manslaughter trial, the court psychologist blamed the accident and the then-16-year-old's lack of remorse on family wealth, dubbing it "Affluenza."

A juvenile court sentenced him to 10 years of probation, which was revoked in 2016 after Couch attended a party where alcohol was served.

Though the Affluenza survivor is a free man, his mother Tonya Couch still awaits trial on charges of hindering apprehension of a felon and money laundering when she fled to Mexico with her son in 2015.

Pharma Bro Martin Shkreli Cries In Court As He Gets His Prison Sentence!

no title

Last August, Martin Shkreli, aka Pharma Bro, aka Big Pharma Douche, aka Just A Really Horrible Human Being, was convicted of two counts of securities fraud and conspiracy.

That's not even about his infamous practice of AIDS drug price gouging but defrauding hedge fund investors.

Earlier this week, he was ordered to forfeit more than $7 million in assets and on Friday, he was finally sentenced to seven years in prison — somewhat light considering prosecutors were arguing for 15.

Still, the sentence wiped the smugness from the scammer, who reportedly cried openly through his apology speech.

Will this be the last we hear of Shkreli? Man, we hope so! He's one of the worst "celebs" we've ever encountered!
