Back in 2014, the brunette beauty claimed she had been raped and sexually assaulted by the actor in 1982.

After the comedian's team slammed the celeb's story, claiming she made up the whole thing, the model decided to take legal action and sue for defamation.

On Tuesday, Judge Debre Katz Weintraub ruled in Los Angeles Superior Court that a trial by jury should be able to decided whether or not the former America's Next Top Model judge is telling the truth.

After the ruling, Janice's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, says this win is a big one — because Bill's team has been working very hard to keep his other cases from going to trial.

This is equal parts brave and heartbreaking.

Rape is one of the most common issues that still goes unaddressed in today's society, which is why we need to acknowledge survivors' stories when they feel ready to share them.

Case in point, best-selling author Jessica Knoll just wrote a powerful essay about her own gang rape for Lena Dunham's Lenny Letters mailing list on Tuesday, and to call it moving would be an understatement.

You may know Jess as the author behind Luckiest Girl Alive, and while her fictional main character Ani is a victim of gang rape in the book, the writer never publicly shared that she herself was as well.

What I Know perfectly sums up the range of emotions a person can feel when they are attacked, and we could not admire Jessica more for putting her own experience out there to help others.

Khaleesi Emilia Clark BLASTS Critics Who Call Game Of Thrones Sexist — See Her Defense Of The Show's 'Depiction Of Women'!

Game Of Thrones has always been under fire for its treatment of women, especially after last season's controversial rape scene.

But if there's one person who's tired of the critics saying the HBO fantasy hit is sexist, it's the show's most powerful character — who also happens to be a woman — Daenerys Targaryen.

The last time we saw the Mother of Dragons, she was surrounded by a swarm of Dothraki soldiers in the season five finale.

Kesha Is Appealing Her Injunction Ruling Against Dr. Luke

See the argument HERE!

Kesha isn't done fighting.

On Monday, the pop powerhouse filed legal papers to take her battle with Dr. Luke — AKA Lukasz Gottwald — to an appeals court.

Last month, the blonde was denied her injunction bid to get out of her recording contract with the Sony producer, who she claims sexually assaulted and abused her.

The 29-year-old's lawyer, Mark Geragos, wrote in the docs that keeping his client in her contract is similar to slavery:

"First, the Court erred in basing its decision on its finding that Kesha could record without interference from Gottwald. Although it recognized that 'slavery was done away with a long time ago' and that '[y]ou can't force someone to work . . . in a situation in which they don't want to work,' the Court's ruling requiring Kesha to work for Gottwald's companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that."

The attorney also explained that, if let out of her contract with her alleged abuser, Kesha could compensate Sony Music Entertainment for breaking her deal.

He argued that the judge didn't consider that alternative option would allow the singer to be free while also giving the music giant the ability to still get their money back, saying:
