Dr. Luke's Legal Team Releases ANOTHER Scathing New Statement In Ongoing Kesha Back-And-Forth Over Alleged Katy Perry Rape

no title

There's been quite a bit of back-and-forth flying around between Dr. Luke and Kesha's respective legal teams and spokespeople over the last few days, particularly centered around whether or not the producer allegedly raped Katy Perry — and, now, whether or not Kesha and/or Lady GaGa allegedly heard about that alleged incident from a major music label CEO.

Both sides have dug in to their respective positions and seem unwilling to budge even an inch in either direction, with Kesha doubling down on the music label CEO claim from Friday evening, and Dr. Luke denying everything altogether.

Former NFL star Kellen Winslow Jr. is facing multiple serious criminal charges — including two counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape, and two counts of forcible rape — after being arrested in San Diego County, California earlier today.

This is the second time in less than a week that Winslow Jr. has been arrested; days ago, he was detained by police after being accused of breaking into a home in a mobile home park near San Diego.

He was eventually arrested and charged with felony burglary in that case, and later released. But that's nothing compared to the severe, scary allegations being levied against Winslow now.

UPDATE 6:50 P.M. EST: Dr. Luke's legal team responded to the story going public with an official statement declaring Katy Perry not only never accused him — she exculpated him:

"Katy Perry herself confirmed that Dr. Luke did not rape her. Kesha's accusation to the contrary - just like her other outrageous lies about Dr. Luke - is baseless and irresponsible, and it is disrespectful to both Katy Perry and Dr. Luke. In his defamation lawsuit against Kesha, Dr. Luke seeks damages for the harm caused by these malicious falsehoods."

Holy shit.

For years now all of Kesha's accusations against Dr. Luke have been out in the open — or so we thought.

Thanks to new legal docs obtained by The Blast, we now know the music producer (whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald) is specifically denying one more thing we'd never heard — the claim he raped Katy Perry!
