We previously mentioned that Chad Johnson made a plea bargain with prosecutors in his case for domestic battery against his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.
Well now it's official.
A judge signed off on the plea bargain that involved no jail time.

Yeah right!
Chad Johnson has plead NOT GUILTY to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from allegedly head butting his wife, Evelyn Lozada.
The charges were only filed 24 hours ago!
Johnson, however, somehow couldn't find the time to go to the courthouse himself (not having jobs is time consuming!), so his plea was entered in by his attorney, Adam Swickle.
Whatevs!
We'll just have to wait and see what happens!

Servers at Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster and other restaurants are suing the restaurant's parent company.
They claim that they weren't allowed to clock-in until customers arrived and had overtime pay withheld from them.
Specifically, they said they regularly worked over 40 hours a week but did not receive overtime compensation.
