If your legal team is willing to try and apply the striking down of Prop 8 to your case, which revolves around using the N word and offending your workers, we'd say you've got a balls out team, and you MIGHT want to stick with them! LOLz!
In a very questionable move, Paula Deen has FIRED her legal team, despite their attempts to stretch the law for her!
Wow. She can't keep anyone around! Don't forget, folks, she JUST fired her longtime agent!
According to a source, the reason why she decided to make this bold move is:
It looks like Sarah Jones might be able to buy her fiancé Cody York that car after all!
The former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader had previously filed a $11 million lawsuit against thedirty.com founder Nik Richie after he posted articles to his website claiming she had sex with multiple football players and called her a child molester for her controversial relationship with her now of-age fiancé!
At the end of the day, Sarah got the last laugh as the jury found two of the articles to be false and said he was "reckless" to post the articles as anonymous. However, she was only awarded $338,000 which is nowhere near how much she was asking for!

We're not sure why anyone would even try and close the doors over at Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs, because you can't just stop something as awesome as that! But that's what happened when Flav's landlord shut it down and evicted him.
It's just too bad for the landlord that the restaurant has been given the go-ahead to re-open just ONE DAY after the shut down!
You see, Flav's attorneys filed a Motion to Stay the eviction, saying they weren't told about a court hearing on the matter until AFTER the hearing had been held. Which is a pretty big no-no! So a judge agreed!
The eviction has been postponed until attorneys for both sides can have another hearing — as long as the restaurant pays one month's rent of $3,500. The landlord seems to think that the restaurant owes $20k in back rent, but Flav's business partners say it's because there was a faulty heater releasing deadly carbon monoxide — maybe the landlord kept refusing to fix it? How are they allowed to stay open if that's happening?!
Whatever, just clear it up! We don't need the courts any more tied up than they already are!

We used to love Paula Deen and her recent healthy weight loss certainly is commendable, but we lost a LOT of respect for her when she hid her diabetes from her fans for years while continuing to teach them how to make the foods that gave her the ailment in the first place.
That's why when someone came forward from her restaurant last year with allegations — accusing Paula and her brother of making racist jokes and saying the N-word — we believed them because it was no longer outside of the realm of possibility after the diabetes stunts she pulled (like only coming forward after becoming a spokesperson for a lucrative diabetes treatment deal)!
Now she's been deposed because of that claim… and according to a source, she ADMITS TO ALL OF IT
Paul Forziano and Hava Samuels just want to be treated like every other married couple!
The newlyweds recently tied the knot after several years of dating, but they are currently being denied their right to live together due to their mental disabilities. Now, the two are in the middle of a legal battle in hopes of one day being able to live under same roof as husband and wife.
The couple is forced to got to their respective New York group homes at the end of each day, and Paul says it isn’t easy saying goodbye to Hava every night:
Milton Bradley, a former baseball player for the LA Dodgers, was just charged with 13 counts related to the abuse of his wife!
That's just awful! (For her, not him.)
The City Attorney's Office is charging him from five different incidents.
He's getting hit with 4 counts of spousal battery, 4 more of criminal threats, 2 of assault with a deadly weapon, 2 of vandalism and
