While we're still missing the Baby Beluga, Kavna, after his death, Chicago's Shedd Abbott's Oceanarium has given us something to cheer about!

Mauyak welcomes her 4.5 feet, 150 pound cutie and has been an excellent mother, bonding with him and watching him take his first breath.

For his last night in the Windy City, Conan O'Brien wanted to get SUPER rude!

So, he sent the nicest of the nice, Jack McBrayer to go get a hot dog at Chicago's Wiener Circle, a restaurant famous for the verbal assault customers RECEIVE from the staff.

Poor, simple guy….LOLz!

After he was ruthlessly insulted, abused, and beaten by the employees, Jack went to Plan B.

So, so sad…

A Chicago pet shop went up in a blaze Sunday, completely destroying the building.

What's worse is the many gerbils, fish, hamsters, and reptiles that died

19-year old Analise Garner came home after an (underage) drunken night of partying and her mama was fuming to say the least.

The 37 year old mom got into fisticuffs with her daughter and even the poor family bulldog got into the mix.

Chicago's Brookfield Zoo is the proud new owner of a baby aardvark!!

Newborn aardvarks are very fragile so the zoo staff is going to be helping its mother in raising the baby.

The baby is being checked up on and receiving as much care and food as it needs to make sure it's growing properly.

And we think it is just the cutest little guy ever!

We want a baby aardvark!

A 62-year-old man was out jogging along Lake Michigan in Chicago when he was suddenly attacked by two pit bulls!

He started yelling for help as the two 70-pound dogs bit him all over.

A witness said:

In Chicago, Tails in the City hosted its 8th annual Halloween Pet Parade.

They had over 250 dogs for a record breaking year and all the proceeds from the event went to PAWS Chicago.

All of the contestants looked great… especially the maid with her Puli dog as a mop. Ha!

A rep for the event said:

"Dogs lined up in front of Tails in the City pet boutique and paraded to Washington Square Park for a costume contest with prizes, refreshments courtesty of Downtown Dogs, and doggie agility courtesy of K9 University.

Everyone left with a goodie bag full of treats!"

Sounds like it was a great time for dogs and humans alike!
