It looks like the world of wrestling might be losing one of its biggest stars!!

Just yesterday, former heavyweight champ CM Punk had a meeting with WWE management during a Raw taping in Cleveland, and while we have NO idea what was said, what we DO know is he's been pulled from all of their advertising since then!!

This definitely got people talking in the wrestling community, and they also began to notice it looked like CM Punk was being cut from WWE events altogether! For example, the wrestler was scheduled to

What's the biggest thing to remember when working out??

Consistency!

We aren't talking about doing the same things over and over — we're talkin' about making sure you're sticking to getting a workout AT ALL, in the general sense!

If you're taking 3-4 times a week to make sure you're movin', it matters much less about what you do!

Listen to Cleveland Browns' Benjamin Watson explain (above)!! So fab!!

Derek Jeter, who has been on the Yankee's disabled list since June 14th with a strained right calf, is ready to come back to the big leagues.

After stepping up the intensity of his workout Wednesday at the team's minor-league complex in Florida, training officials have decided he's ready to being playing again.

“I feel good now,” Jeter said. “I feel a lot better. I’m ready to get out of here.”

The shortstop will travel to Trenton to play in minor league games Saturday and Sunday, then meet up with his major league cohorts in Cleveland on Monday.

Hopefully by next week he'll be right back into the swing of things!

LeBron Apologizes For Leaving Cleveland

LeBron Apologizes For Leaving Cleveland

The entire state of Ohio hates LeBron James more than anything for leaving Cleveland for Miami.

And LeBron has finally decided to apologize:

"I knew deep down in my heart, as much as I loved my teammates back in Cleveland and as much as I loved home, I knew it couldn't do it by myself against that team. The way it panned out with all the friends and family and the fans back home, I apologize for the way it happened. I knew this opportunity was once in a lifetime."

Although there’s an underhanded insult hidden in there — “I knew I couldn’t do it by myself against that team.” Sounds like he’s saying that he was pulling the whole team!

(and he kind of was, but still)

We doubt Cleveland will be able to find it in their hearts to forgive him!
