What's the biggest thing to remember when working out??

Consistency!

We aren't talking about doing the same things over and over — we're talkin' about making sure you're sticking to getting a workout AT ALL, in the general sense!

If you're taking 3-4 times a week to make sure you're movin', it matters much less about what you do!

Listen to Cleveland Browns' Benjamin Watson explain (above)!! So fab!!

We hope it was worth it, LeBron — and it totally looks like you think so.

Who needs friends in Ohio anyway? Ha!

LeBron finally got his championship ring, and just like his announcement to abandon his home team, he's gloating about it publicly (above). All he had to do was completely let down everyone who ever gave him a chance.

In the picture, you can see all the ring's stats in full view:

art modell passes away

Art Modell, most famous for moving the Cleveland Browns and turning them into the Baltimore Ravens (something that didn't sit well with fans) has just passed away.

At 87 years old, Art was a legend in the NFL community, and had been admitted to Johns Hopkins on Wednesday.

He sold the Ravens in 2004, but still retained a 1% ownership — and will be missed by many.

No word yet on the cause of his passing.

Derek Jeter rehab

Derek Jeter, who has been on the Yankee's disabled list since June 14th with a strained right calf, is ready to come back to the big leagues.

After stepping up the intensity of his workout Wednesday at the team's minor-league complex in Florida, training officials have decided he's ready to being playing again.

“I feel good now,” Jeter said. “I feel a lot better. I’m ready to get out of here.”

The shortstop will travel to Trenton to play in minor league games Saturday and Sunday, then meet up with his major league cohorts in Cleveland on Monday.

Hopefully by next week he'll be right back into the swing of things!

LeBron Apologizes For Leaving Cleveland

LeBron Apologizes For Leaving Cleveland

The entire state of Ohio hates LeBron James more than anything for leaving Cleveland for Miami.

And LeBron has finally decided to apologize:

"I knew deep down in my heart, as much as I loved my teammates back in Cleveland and as much as I loved home, I knew it couldn't do it by myself against that team. The way it panned out with all the friends and family and the fans back home, I apologize for the way it happened. I knew this opportunity was once in a lifetime."

Although there’s an underhanded insult hidden in there — “I knew I couldn’t do it by myself against that team.” Sounds like he’s saying that he was pulling the whole team!

(and he kind of was, but still)

We doubt Cleveland will be able to find it in their hearts to forgive him!

Football Player Claims He Was Discriminated Against For Being White!

Peyton Hillis Opens Up In Interview

Peyton Hillis has been having an incredible year, ranking sixth in the NFL in yards from scrimmage with 1,654, playing for the Cleveland Browns, but it wasn’t long ago that he was warming the bench for the Broncos in Denver.

Said Hillis:

“In Denver they just wanted me to play strictly fullback, nothing else. I wasn’t too happy about the situation, but I was trying to be a team player. I just wanted to be on the field. It ended up I didn’t play anything at all.”

Things changed when he got picked up by Cleveland and was allowed to run the ball. Although he says one thing that has always followed him, strangely, is that people assume he’ll suck because he’s white.

Hillis continued:

“Every team did it. They’ll say, ‘You white boy, you ain’t gonna run on us today. This is ridiculous. Why are you giving offensive linemen the ball? All kinds of stuff like that you hear on the field, but I use that to my advantage. I kind of soaked it in, ate it up a little bit, because I enjoyed it.”

Hillis is on a roll and, at least for now, it looks like nothing can slow him down!
