Finally!

We can now all definitively put this red sole brouhaha behind us.

What we thought was essentially over about two months ago is now 100% no doubt about it over for sure, as a Manhattan federal district court entered a final order on Thursday dismissing the Christian Louboutin lawsuit against Yves Saint Laurent.

Finally some good legal news for Lindsay Lohan!

A Florida judge has dismissed the contract and trade secrets lawsuit filed by chemist Jennifer Sunday and her company White Wave International, citing lack of personal jurisdiction.

The 2009 lawsuit accused Lohan and her Sevin Nyne business partner Lorit Simon of developing a nearly identical spray tan formula after obtaining samples from Sunday.

Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington also ruled Lindsay's not liable for any breach of contract since she only has indirect ownership of Lorit LLC.

One lawsuit down, and so many more to go.

Remember him?

Designer and convicted rapist (in California) Anand Jon Alexander has received some good news in his New York sexual assault case.

The judge has dismissed 3 of the women who have accused Anand of molestation and/or rape, leaving only 9 women on the roster.

Hey, we said mini victory, not a huge one.

Alexander's lawyer commented on the dismissal, saying: "We're very pleased about (the dismissal) because we think it's the beginning of a case that's going to be fought very hard in court."

Kind of a waste of time since he's got a sentence of 59 years to life waiting for him in California.
