Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa Bryant are going through a divorce and — wait… Vanessa is refusing to sign the divorce papers??

She won't sign the papers because her and Kobe are trying to work it out!

Yes!! It's always better to just try and solve your problems.

They're spending lots of time together, still not moved back in together, but they're trying to work things out.

Vanessa filed for divorce almost 6 months ago, and in California, it takes 6 months from when you first file divorce papers to when you can finalize it.

So she could end the divorce within a week… but she might just tear up those papers!

Although, if things really don't work out in the end she can still just sign the final docs and walk away with the three mansions she now owns because Kobe signed over the deeds during their initial divorce filing.

Crazy!

Normally, if we told you former boxing star Evander Holyfield sold his house for $7.5 million dollars, we'd be impressed and congratulating him.

Except the house sold in a public auction and it's not even that much… he owes the bank twice that number!!

He also owes over $200,000 in back taxes.

His amazingly huge mansion is 54,000 sq. ft on 234 acres.

That's unbelievable.

No one needs that much space. Then they don't have to worry about running into $14 million problems like this.

Maybe he should get back in the ring for a multimillion dollar exhibition!

Khloe Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom are building a Miami mansion!

Well, either remodeling or rebuilding. The 8,500-square-foot home has belonged to Alexander Rodriguez, Andy Garcia and Gabrielle Anwar.

At different times, obv.

The home currently has 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, a gorgeous courtyard, a swimming pool and a tennis court.

It was once listed at almost $3,000,000!

Khloe said:

"Lamar and I have a house in Miami now under construction. We love the area, the people, the fun spirit. Lamar used to play for the Miami Heat. And we have a ball when we go there. I wish we had time to go more often."

So they're building a $3 million mansion that they won't even be going to that often?

Is that wise when both your reality show AND basketball career are in jeopardy??

We've been getting rumbles that Joe Jonas is dating a SI model named Nina Agdal.

But is it true??

According to our sources: No, they're just friends.

According to other eyewitnesses, though, they were spotted "looking cozy" with Adgal's leggy friends at Miami hot spots Mansion and LIV nightclub.

"Looking cozy" doesn't really mean much.

Our gut is telling us to hold off on the romantic involvement until we get undeniable proof!

Though, they WOULD make a cute couple! Ha!

Who knew that waiting around and letting the infidelity pile up would result in such a big pay-out??

Remember that house $12 million mansion Tiger Wood's ex-wife demolished in Florida last week?

It turns out Elin Nordegren didn't do it just because she could afford to — she did it because it was the affordable thing to do!

The property was built in the 1920s and, as a result, the structure wasn't safe to face hurricanes. The construction manager told sources:
