One lousy vote never changed anything, right? WRONG! Just ask the cast of Big Brother Canada!

The live finale for the first season of the show saw Jillian MacLaughlin and Gary Levy competing against each other for the grand prize, but unfortunately their fate was in the hands of a jury member who didn't quite understand the rules of voting!

Topaz Brady claimed she was "150%" sure when she locked in her final ballot, however that didn't appear to be the case as she was STUNNED when host Arisa Cox said she had chosen Jillian!

Apparently, Topaz thought they were supposed to be voting for who they wanted to ELIMINATE instead of who should win, and she actually meant to give the nod to Gary!

But like we said, it's only one vote, right? Well not exactly, as Jillian went on to win… BY ONE VOTE!!!

The controversial finish certainly had our neighbors up north buzzing as Gary CLEARLY would have won! But as they say, rules are rules!

Either Canadians are the MASTERS of reality TV drama, or Topaz needs to pay better attention, eh! LOLz!

Have you ever had a barista at Starbucks misspell your name? Of course you have! The coffee chain is SOO notorious for slipping up on customer names that there are entire Tumblr pages dedicated to their flubs!

Well a young woman by the name of Virginia found out just how bad their mistakes can be when she ordered her drink at a Starbucks in Hong Kong and received a cup with "Vagina" written on it instead!

We can picture it now! "TALL LATTE FOR VAGINA!" LOLz!!

Virginia's sister snapped a picture of the HIGHlarious gaffe and posted it to the company's Facebook page along with a complaint, and the photo has quickly made its way around the internet and gone viral!

We gotta admit, we've seen our fair share of Starbucks slip-ups, but this one easily takes the cake! Ha!

Zooey Deschanel was obviously VERY surprised to find out that she was involved in the Boston Bombings…

Or rather, she was involved according to the TV closed caption writers at Caption Solutions!

When the story surrounding the Boston attacks was still developing, the New Girl's name was mistakenly inserted in a closed caption about the man hunt for the now captured Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev.

The caption read:

"Marathon bombing, he is 19-year-old Zooey Deschanel"

So, to rectify their EPIC captions fail, the people over at the Kansas based company Caption Solutions issued a formal apology stating that they "deeply regret" the mistake and they "sincerely apologize for this error."

And even though wrongly accusing someone of being a suspect in a TERROR plot is SUPER awful, we're sure Zooey will accept their apology like the classy lady she is.

Snake in the hole!

A house caught on fire after the homeowner tried to kill a snake by using fire!

The woman poured gasoline on the snake and lit it on fire. But the snake slithered into a bush which caught on fire, and subsequently toasted her house!

Her house burnt to the ground, and a neighbor's house was also badly damaged.

Why couldn't she of just let the snake be???

Sorry, it's just… KARMA is sometimes the best kind of BITCH!

So Lindsay Lohan's totally competent lawyer Mark Heller might have made a MAJOR booboo during Monday's court hearing that could actually land the troubled starlet in jail instead of the previously agreed upon "locked" rehab facillity…

Because as it turns out, recent research shows "locked" treatment centers DO NOT EXIST in New York, and NY is the state where Lindsay has chosen to serve her 90 days of confinement.

The prosecution apparently only accepted the last minute plea deal in the first place because they made the mistake of assuming that Mark Heller knew what he was talking about (HA).

But no worries, cause Lindsay's deal doesn't actually stipulate that she must serve her 90 days in locked REHAB, it just states she must be kept in CUSTODY for 90 days…

So if Lindsay's team can't find a sufficient "locked" rehab center, then it's reportedly straight off to jail for that ass!
